• Ukuhlola ngokusheya ngqo nokugcwalisa izinkomba zabasebenzi nerekhodi lekhaya.
• Ukulawula izinhlolovo zokuqeqeshwa ezinkombini ze-PERSAL.
• Ukuphatha yonke imibuzo yezisebenzi nokubhalelana (okulotshiwe naphakamisa).
• Ukugcina izinkomba zabasebenzi, izinqubomgomo, izimiso namaphepha abeke.
• Ukusetshenziswa koluqhotho lolawulo, ukubhalelana kofisi, imibuzo kanye nenkabelo yomlawuli nokuyalelwa nokusetshenziswa kwezinqubomgomo zokulawula abantu.
