• Ukuphatha yonke imibuzo yabasebenzi nendlela yonke (nb: abekiweyo aze abe nawo oselwandini.
• Ukufaka idatha yabasebenzi, iingqinqo, imigaqo nokuqhuba phambili.
• Ukusebenzisa ulawulo jikelele, ibhuselo yendlela yonke imibuzo namaxhobo ojongene nam kwaye kuye kwaxhaswa ngunxibelelwano nosomnini kwaye kwisenziwa ke ngokuchanekileyo imigaqo yolawula abantu.
