Kudingeka Umphathi Wemisebenzi Wezokwelapha esibhedlela i-Madadeni Provincial Hospital e-KwaZulu-Natal ukuze aqaphele izinsiza ze-HIV, ARV, TB kanye ne-STI ngaphakathi kwenhlobo i-HAST.

Izidingo

• Ithelifikhejheshini yomqondo R425 (okt, I-digri/iploma) ekunakekelweni kwesifo jikelele, unyaka we-1 dipoloma yaseshashalazini ekulinganisweni okuyisofundo, ukwelapha nokunakekela.
• Okungenani eminyaka engu-9 yohlu lokunakekela abagula olwaziwayo olufanele emuva kokuqoshwa njengongugiwezokwelapha ngaphansi kwe-SANC ekunakekelweni kwesifo jikelele.
• Okungenani eminyaka eyisihlanu (5) kwesikhathi esishiwo ngenhla kumele kube oluhlaziwayo/olwaziwayo olufanele kwi-PHC emuva kokuthola unyaka owodwa (1) weqedile dipoloma yaseshashalazini kwi-PHC.
• Ulwazi, Amakhono, Ukuqeqeshwa Namandla Adingekayo: amakhono aqinile okuxhumana nokuzethula nokukhuluma.
• Isikhono sokuthatha izinqumo eziyizimono, ukuxazulula izinkinga nokuxazulula izinkinga phakathi kwabantu.
• Ukuqonda izinselele ezibhekene nomnyango wezempilo yomphakathi.
• Isikhono sokubeka ezindimeni izinto nezinye izindaba ezihlobene nomsebenzi futhikuhambisana namaganga okuhamba isikhathi.
• Ulwazi ngqo ngemizamo nangezinqubo zokunakekela kwezokwelapha, izimo zokunakekela kwabagula kanye nezinye izakhiwo zomthetho ezifanele.

Umsebenzi

• Qaphekela ukuphathwa kwe-HIV, ukusetshenziswa kwe-ARV, ukuphathwa kwe-TB nezinsiza ze-STI.
• Bese uthuthukisa futhi usebenzise izinhlelo zokuqinisekisa izinga lekhwalithi, izinqubo nezinhlela zokusebenza zenhlobo i-HAST ukuze kuqinisekiswe ukuthobela amazinga abalulekile ezwe.
• Ukukhuthaza izinga lenakekelo kwabagula njengokuqondiswa ngobungcweti bokusebenza nangamazinga asetshenziswa isikhungo, ihhovisi lesifunda nehhovisi lesifundazwe.
• Qinisekisa ukunikezwa kwendawo ekhululekile ekwelaphayo evumela ukunakekelwa kwabagula okuphephile njengokuqondiswa umthetho wezokwelapha, umthetho wezempilo yabasebenzi nokuphepha kanye nomqondo ongasho konke okuphathelene nale minqumo yomthetho.
• Lawula ngokugcwele ukuziphendanisa, izikhalazo kanye nanoma yiziphi izindaba zomphatho wabasebenzi.
• Bese uthuthukisa/ukwakha ulwazi oluhle lokusebenza nabasebenzi kanye nalabo abanomthelela ekusebenzeni.
• Ukusetshenziswa okuphephile kolwazi wonke ohlelo lwabantu, izimali, izinto zokusebenza nokunikezwa.
• Landa imizamo yokuphathwa/ekuvikeleni futhi kulawule ukutheleleka okungahle kubekhona ngaphakathi kwenhlobo i-HAST.
• Thuthukisa, lapha ulale futhi uhlole ukusebenza kwabasebenzi ngokwe-policy ye-EPMDS.
• Khombisa ukukhathazeka ngabagula, ukukhuthaza, ukusekela futhi ululele ukwelapha nokunakekela okufanele futhi uqinisekise ukuthi inhlobo ihambisana nemigomo ye-Batho Pele.
• Yenza okunye okunconywa umphathi.
