Operasionele Bestuurder Verpleegkunde Spesialiteit (HAST)

Operasionele bestuurder verpleegkunde word by Madadeni Provinsiale Hospitaal in KwaZulu-Natal benodig om HIV-, ARV-, TB- en STI-diens Binne die HAST-eenheid te oorsien.
Vereistes
- Basiese R425-kwalifikasie (d.w.s.
- Graad/Diploma) in algemene verpleegkunde, 1 jaar postbasiese diploma in kliniese assessering, behandeling en sorg.
- Minimum van 9 jaar toepaslike herkenbare verpleegervaring na registrasie as 'n professionele verpleegkundige by SANC in Algemene Verpleegkunde.
- Ten minste vyf (5) jaar van die bogenoemde tydperk moet toepaslike/herkenbare ervaring in PHC wees na die verkryging van 'n een (1) jaar postbasiese kwalifikasie in PHC.
- Kennis, vaardighede, opleiding en bevoegdhede vereis: sterk interpersoonlike, kommunikasie en aanbiedingsvaardighede.
- Vermoë om onafhanklike besluite te neem, probleemoplossing en konflikoplossing.
- Begrip van die uitdagings wat die openbare gesondheidssektor in die gesig staar.
- Vermoë om kwessies en ander werkverwante sake te prioritiseer en om tydraames na te kom.
- Kennis van verpleegsorgprosesse en prosedures, verpleegstatusse en ander relevante regskader.
Pligte
- Oorsien HIV-bestuur, ARV-uitrol, TB-bestuur STI-diens.
- Ontwikkel en implementeer gehalteversekeringsprogramme, beleide en operasionele plan vir HAST-eenheid om nakoming van Nasionale Kerntandaarde te verseker.
- Bevorder gehalte van verpleegsorg soos bepaal deur die professionele omvang van praktyk en standaarde soos bepaal deur die instelling, Distrikkantoor en provinsiale kantoor.
- Verseker voorsiening van 'n veilige terapeutiese omgewing wat die beoefening van veilige verpleegsorg soos uiteengesit deur die Verpleegwet, Beroepsveiligheid en Gesondheidswet en alle ander toepaslike voorskryfte toelaat.
- Oefen beheer uit oor dissipline, griewe en alle arbeidsverhoudingsake.
- Ontwikkel/vestig en handhaaf konstruktiewe werksverhouding met personeel en ander belanghebbendes.
- Effektiewe benutting van alle hulpbronne bv. menslike, finansiële, toerusting en voorraad.
- Monitor die bestuur/voorkoming en beheer van infeksie binne HAST-eenheid.
- Ontwikkel, monitor en evalueer personeelprestasie in terme van EPMDS-beleid.
- Toon besorgdheid oor pasiënte, bevorder, beyker en fasiliteer behoorlike behandeling en sorg en verseker dat die eenheid by die beginsels van Batho Pele hou.
- Voer ander funksies uit wat deur die toesighouer toegeken word.
