Isikhundla sobhodi lomlawuli ophethe izimali: ukukhokha amaholo kuma-TVET Colleges ngaphansi kwe-Department of Higher Education and Training, sidinga i-National Diploma noma i-Degree kanye neminyaka engu-3-5 yokuhlanganyela enkonzweni ekuqondweni kwezimali.
