Nikeza inkxaso ekuphathweni, ekuqochenweni nasekweniusebenzeni kahle kwamasistimu e-Management Information Systems (MIS) ekolishi kanye ne-Integrated Tertiary Software (ITS) ukuze kuqinisekiswe ukuzinza, ukutholakala nokuphepha kolwazi lwesikhungo.
Gcina uphathe amadethabhesi esikhungo, wenze ukuqinisekiswa kwedatha, ukucofa nokuhlanganisa kabusha, ulawule ukusebenza kwesistimu, faka izibuyekezo zesistimu, gcina izilawuli zokufinyelela zabasebenzisi, wenze izipele ezisuku njalo futhi useke ukusetshenziswa kwezinga lokuphepha kolwazi nemigomo yobuholi bedatha.
Nikeza inkxaso yokuqala kubasebenzisi be-ITS, uxaze izinkinga eziphathelene nesistimu, uthuthuke ugcinе iziqoshana zesistimu, ubambe iqhaza ekulweni abasebenzisi, futhi usize ekusetshenzisweni kwezithuthukisi zesistimu kanye nemiyalo yokuthuthukiswa ngokuqhubeka ngokusuke ekusekeleni amaphuzu esikhungo.
