Umqondisi Wokuphatwa Komasipala ohlolza izinkonzo zentengiso nezindaba zokuphatha ezisemthethweni kuzo zonke izinkundla zomasipala eKwaZulu-Natal.

• Umphilisi ofanele kumele abe nesiquephuma se-Degree / NQF Level 7 se Bachelor's Degree / NQF Level 7 ukuphatwa kwamasipala / ukuphatwa kabantu / uhulumeni basezingeni lethu / / ukuqashwa kwezihwebi njengoba kunikwa isibephu yi-SAQA, kanye namava anjalo amalinganisela eminyaka emihlanu (5) ekuphateni abalawuli abaphakathi / abaphezulu emikhakheni yeminyango, njengenye nesitifikedi sokungena kwi-SMS (Nyukela) njengoba kunikezwa yi - National School of Government (NSG) (Isitifikedi kunikezwa phambi kokumiswa) kanye ne drivers licence (code 8).

Umphilisi ophumeleleyo kumele axhome enye yezinsizakalo ezingeyomthetho nokulawula izinsizakalo ezijulile kwezokuphatha kwezonyango, nokugcina izindlu ezihlala zinempumelelo kuzo zonke izinkondlo komasipala, ngokwaleyo ndlela azime ngayo izindlu ekulawuleni izinto ezibalulekile ezweni ngaphandle kwengxenye yezomthetho.
