• Ulwazi: Ulwazi mayelana nesistimu ye-BAS/LOGIS, ulwazi mayelana nenqubo yokulahleka kweminikelo, ulwazi nokuqonda ushicilelo lwemithetho oluphethe imisebenzi kahulumeni, ulwazi mayelana nokuphathwa kweminikelo, ulwazi mayelana namapholisi entambo yokuNikezela, ulwazi mayelana namandla anomnyango we-Higher Education.

• Khuthaza ukusetshenziswa okulungile kolwazi lokuphathwa kwamanikelo.
• Phatha izinkonzo zokuphathwa kwamanikelo.
• Siza ekuphathweni kwakho konke ukunyakaza kwamanikelo ngaphakathi kwe-College.
• Qaphisa abantu/basebenzi.
