Voorsieningsbeampte in voorsieningskettingbestuur by die Department of Higher Education and Training se sentrale kantoor in Standerton, wat 'n diploma of graad en een tot twee jaar se ervaring vereis.

Vereistes

• A Degree/National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Supply Chain Management / Logistics or Public management, 1-2 years' work experience in supply chain or Assets Management or Relevant Environment. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
• Kennis: Kennis van BAS/LOGIS-stelsel, kennis van bate-afskaffingsprosedures, kennis en begrip van die wetgewende raamwerk wat die openbare diens regeer, kennis van batebestuur, kennis van voorsieningskettingbeleid, kennis van die mandaat van die Department of Higher Education.
• Vaardighede: Beplanning en organisering, kommunikasie (goeie mondelinge en skriftelike), rekenaarvaardigheid, buigsaamheid, kliëntesorgdiens, verslagskrywing, spanwerk.

Pligte

• Monitor en hersien die vaslegging van alle fisiese (roerende en onroerende) bates.
• Bates in die fisiese batebestuksamelregisters (Hard Cat (IT en Meubelregister).
• Monitor en hersien die toewysing van bates aan batehouers.
• Hersien die monitering van bates in ooreenstemming met die tersaaklike beleid en prosedures.
• Bevorder die korrekte implementering van gesonde batebestuurspraktyke.
• Administreer batebestuursdienste.
• Help met die bestuur van alle batebeweging binne die Kollege.
• Bestuur menslike hulpbronne/personeel.
