• Isiphephelo semoto esisebenzayo.
• Ulwazi: Ulwazi ngokuphathwa kwehhovisi, Ulwazi ngemithetho kanye namapholisi aseva likawonke wonke, Ulwazi nokuluqonda i-TVET/CET Colleges kanye nolwazi ngohlelo lwe-TVETMIS, izidingo zokubika ngonyaka ze-Higher Education ukuluqonda, ukusebenzisa nokuhumusha ulwazi oluphathwayo.
• Ulwazi, ukuqonda, ukusebenzisa nokuhumusha ukuphathwa kwehhovisi, uhlelo lwe-ITS System, ukuphathwa kwemininingwane, ukuhlazimula kanye nokuhumusha izibalo zemiphumela.
• Ukukwazi ukusebenzisa ikhompyutha ohlelweni lwe-MS Office software (word, excel, power point kanye ne-outlook).
• Amakhono okuthayipha kanye nokuphathwa okusebenzayo kwehhovisi.

Umsebenzi

• Qinisekisa ukulawula ngokuphelele kanye nokuphathwa okulungile kwe-TVET MIS, ukuthwebula kanye nokukhipha imininingwane yikholeji.
• Qinisekisa ukulawula ngokuphelele, ukuhlanganisa, ukuhlazimula kanye nokuhambisa imibiko ye-MIS nezibalo.
• Qinisekisa ukulawula ngokuphelele kanye nokugqamisa okufakiwe ohlelweni lwe-ITS system kanye nakwezinye izinhlelo ezihlobene.
• Qinisekisa ukulawula ngokuphelele kanye nokuphathwa kwayo yonke imininingwane kanye nezinhlelo ezihlobene nabafundi.
• Qinisekisa ukulawula ngokuphelele kanye nokugcina izelayisensi ze-MIS zithuthwa ngaphambi kwezinsuku zokuvalwa.
• Lawula abantu, izinto ezingatshathi, izinsiza zemali kanye wenze eminye imisebenzi ehlobene.
