- IDegree/National Diploma (NQF Level 6) kwi-Information Management/Data management okanye iNqanaba lemfundo elifanayo elidume ngelinguquzela kwi-SAQA, 2-3 years’ Work Experience in Data Management / TVET MIS environment okanye iNqanaba lemfundo elifanayo.
- Idriver’s licence esezeleyo.
- ULwazi: ULwazi ngolawulo lweziko, ULwazi ngemigaqo kunye namagqabantshiyo eSebe likaRhuqulu, ULwazi nokuqonda iiTVET/CET Colleges kuquka nolwazi nge-TVETMIS system, iimfuno zokuvelisa imibiko ngamnye ezeMfundo ePhakamileyo ukuqonda, ukusebenzisa nokutolika ulawulo lolwazi.
- ULwazi, ukuqonda, ukusebenzisa nokutolika ulawulo lweziko, i-ITS System, ulawulo lwedata, ukuqamba nokutolika iin_statistics ezimaxwebhu.
- I-Computer literacy kwi-MS Office software (word, excel, power point and outlook).
- Amakhono okuthayipha nolawulo olusebenzayo lweziko.
- Ikhono: amakhono kuquka namakhono obugcisa bewebhusayithi.
- Ikhono elichanekileyo lokunxibelelwana {elivakalayo nolubhaliyo} nakanjani nabantu abaqondanisayo kakuhle.
- Ikhono lokusebenza ngokuzimeleyo nakwindawo ethile.
- Amakhono alulohle, ukulungelelanisa nokucwangciswa.
