• IDegree/National Diploma (NQF Level 6) kwi-Information Management/Data management okanye iNqanaba lemfundo elifanayo elidume ngelinguquzela kwi-SAQA, 2-3 years’ Work Experience in Data Management / TVET MIS environment okanye iNqanaba lemfundo elifanayo.
• Idriver’s licence esezeleyo.
• ULwazi: ULwazi ngolawulo lweziko, ULwazi ngemigaqo kunye namagqabantshiyo eSebe likaRhuqulu, ULwazi nokuqonda iiTVET/CET Colleges kuquka nolwazi nge-TVETMIS system, iimfuno zokuvelisa imibiko ngamnye ezeMfundo ePhakamileyo ukuqonda, ukusebenzisa nokutolika ulawulo lolwazi.
• ULwazi, ukuqonda, ukusebenzisa nokutolika ulawulo lweziko, i-ITS System, ulawulo lwedata, ukuqamba nokutolika iin_statistics ezimaxwebhu.
• I-Computer literacy kwi-MS Office software (word, excel, power point and outlook).
• Amakhono okuthayipha nolawulo olusebenzayo lweziko.
• Ikhono: amakhono kuquka namakhono obugcisa bewebhusayithi.
• Ikhono elichanekileyo lokunxibelelwana {elivakalayo nolubhaliyo} nakanjani nabantu abaqondanisayo kakuhle.
• Ikhono lokusebenza ngokuzimeleyo nakwindawo ethile.
• Amakhono alulohle, ukulungelelanisa nokucwangciswa.
