Senior MIS-beampte benodig by die Department of Higher Education and Training se sentrale kantoor in Standerton om TVET MIS-databestuur en -verslagdoening te bestuur.
Vereistes
- 'n Graad/Nasionale Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Inligtingsbestuur/Databestuur of 'n verwante kwalifikasie erken deur SAQA, 2-3 jaar se werkervaring in Databestuur / TVET MIS-omgewing of verwante ervaring. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
- Kennis: Kennis van kantooradministrasie, Kennis van Openbare Diens-wetgewing en beleide, Kennis en begrip van die TVET/CET-kolleges insluitend kennis van die TVETMIS-stelsel, jaarlikse verslagdoeningsvereistes deur Hoër Onderwys, begrip, toepassing en interpretasie van inligtingsbestuur.
- Kennis, begrip, toepassing en interpretasie van kantoorbestuur, ITS-stelsel, databestuur, samestelling en interpretasie van resultaatstatistieke.
- Rekenaargeletterdheid in MS Office-sagteware (word, excel, power point en outlook).
- Tikvaardighede en effektiewe kantooradministrasie.
- Vaardighede: vaardighede insluitend projekbestuursvaardighede.
- Sundige kommunikasie (mondeling en skriftelik) vaardighede asook goeie interpersoonlike verhoudings.
- Vermoë om onafhanklik en binne 'n span te werk.
- Goeie organisatoriese, koördinerings- en beplanningsvaardighede.
Pligte
- Verseker die algehele toesig en behoorlike bestuur van TVET MIS, die vaslegging en onttrekking van data vir die kollege.
- Verseker die algehele toesig, koördinering, samestelling en indiening van MIS-verslae en statistieke.
- Verseker die algehele toesig en verifiëring van insette wat op die ITS-stelsel en ander verwante stelsels vasgelê is.
- Verseker die algehele toesig en administrasie van alle akademiese en studenteverwante stelsels.
- Verseker die algehele toesig en onderhoud dat MIS-lisensies voor vervaldatums hernu word.
- Outeig humanne, fisiese en finansiële hulpbronne en verrig ander verwante pligte.
