• Qinisekisa ukuzwakala nokufaneleka kolwazi olunikiwe esifundeni se-Application of Road Worthiness Certification (ARC) (Isicelo sokuhlola izimoto), kwezinye izixhumanisi zesicelo (isitifiketi sobhaliso lwemoto).
• Hlola ukuthi izibhalo ziqinisekiswe yi-NaTIS (National Traffic Information System) nangomsebenzi waphambili.
• Hlola futhi vulele isimoto ukuze ihlolwe.
• Hlola inombolo yeshasi/moto yomshini, ukuthi ayihlukunyiwe noma ayibekiwe.
• Nikela umfaki isicelo ikhopi lombiko wokuhlola uma kuqediwe ukuhlola.
