• Qinisekisa ukuchaneka kunye nokuqhathaniswa kolwazi olunikiweyo kwifomu le-Application of Road Worthiness Certification (ARC) (Isicelosovavayo lwezithuthi), nolunye ulwazi oluxhasiweyo (isatifiketi esqeshiweyo sezithuthi).
• Qinisekisa ukuba iibhukhingi ziqinisekiswe yi-NaTIS (National Traffic Information System) nasezenzweni ekuqhaweni.
• Hlola uvavanya izithuthi.
• Hlola inani lesashi/chasisi, isenzi, engazange kudlalwe nayo okanye ibeyiweyo.
• Nikeza umfaki-sicelo ikopi yengxelo yovavayo emva kokuba kuvavanywe luphothe.
• Baliya imiphumalo evunyiweyo yovavayo kwi-National Traffic Information System (NaTIS).
• Qinisekisa ukuba ikhadi layisensi yabashayeli eqinisekileyo iphiwa ngokuvumelana noMthetho we-National Road Traffic Act.
• Qinisekisa ukuba izicelo kunye nokuphiwa kwe-Professional Driver Permit (PrPD) kuye kwenziwa ngokuvumelana.
• Qinisekisa ukwenziwa kwemisebenzi ngoBohloli abaBancinane ngokuvumelana noMthetho we-National Road Traffic Act (NRTA) kunye ne-South African National Standard (SANS).

• Shicilela imiphumalo uvumele ukuphiwa kwesatifiketi sokulungelela indlela kwizithuthi ezivavanyiweyo.
• Qinisekisa ukuchaneka kunye nokuqhathaniswa kolwazi olunikiweyo kwifomu le-ACR (Application for certification of roadworthiness).
