Ondersoeker: Voertuigtoetsstasie en Bestuurderslisensie

Ondersoekerrol by 'n voertuigtoetsstasie en bestuurderslisensiesentrum in Mabopane, wat 'n NQF vlak 6/7-kwalifikasie en registrasie as 'n Ondersoeker van Voertuie en Bestuurderslisensies vereis.
Pligte
- Ontvang en verifieer aansoeke vir voertuigtoetsing.
- Verifieer die korrektheid en relevansie van inligting verskaf op die Application of Road Worthiness Certification (ARC)-vorm (Aansoek vir voertuigtoetsing), en ander aansoekdokumentasie (voertuig se registrasiesertifikaat).
- Kontroleer dat die besprekings deur NaTIS (National Traffic Information System) en deur voorlyndienste bevestig is.
- Inspekteer en toets die voertuig.
- Kontroleer nommerplaat/enjin, dat dit nie geknoei is of gesteel is nie.
- Voorsien die aansoeker met 'n afskrif van die toetsverslag nadat die toets voltooi is.
- Vang gemagtigde toetsresultate op die National Traffic Information System (NaTIS) vas.
- Kontroleer dat die outentieke bestuurderslisensiekaart ooreenkomstig die National Road Traffic Act uitgereik word.
- Verifieer dat Professional Driver Permit (PrPD)-aansoeke en -uitreiking nakomend is.
- Verseker uitvoering van pligte deur Junior Examiners in ooreenstemming met die National Road Traffic Act (NRTA) en South African National Standard (SANS).
- Reageer op navrae van lede van die publiek oor NRTA-verwante sake.
- Verseker 'n doeltreffende en ordelike stelsel vir die reël van afsprake om kliëntverwagtinge te bereik.
- Voorbereiding van verifieerbare National Traffic Information System (NaTIS)-data bv.
- Finansiële verslae, toetsverslae en andere.
- Kontroleer en verseker dat die gemagtigde toetsresultate op die National Traffic Information System (NaTIS) vasgevang is.
- Druk resultate en magtig die uitreiking van padwaardige sertifikate vir getoete motorvoertuie.
- Verseker korrektheid en relevansie van inligting verskaf op vorm ACR (Application for certification of roadworthiness).
- Verduidelik toepaslike prosedure aan aansoekers.
- Verseker dat die besprekings deur NaTIS (National Administration Traffic Information System) en deur voorlyndienste bevestig is.
- Verifieer identiteit van aansoekers deur hul identiteitsdokumente en ander relevante dokumentasie na te gaan.
- Gereelde verslagdoening oor sake rakend prestasies en nakoming.
- Implementeer stelsels, prosesse en kontroles om bedrog en korrupsie te voorkom.
- Raak betrokke by anti-korrupsie en beperk onwettige gedrag en aktiwiteite deur sodanige aktiwiteite te identifiseer en te rapporteer.
- Bestuur Junior Examiners.

All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments. One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment.
