'n Senior IKG-tegnikus word gesoek om dienslessenaar-, bediener- en netwerksteun by die sentrale kantoor van Central Johannesburg TVET College te verskaf.

Vereistes

• 'n Graad 12 / Senior Sertifikaat. 'n Erkende driejaar-Nasionale Diploma / Graad in Inligtingstegnologie, Rekenaarwetenskap of 'n ekwivalente NQF Vlak 6-kwalifikasie, ITIL V3/V4 Foundation of COBIT en Bedieneradministrasiesertifisering word vereis.
• Kandidate moet oor ten minste drie jaar se relevante ervaring in IKG-steun en praktiese bedienerervaring beskik, 'n geldige bestuurslisensie hê, en bewese ervaring in hardeware-, sagteware-, netwerk- en IKG-infrastruktuursteun hê.
• Kennis van bedieneradministrasie, werkskermsteun, Wi-Fi, Active Directory, DHCP, VoIP, IKG-sekuriteit, helplessenaarbedrywighede en tweedelyns-IT-steun is noodsaaklik.
• Relevante IKG-sertifikasies soos CCNA, MCSE, HCIA, VMware, Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate en CompTIA Security+ sal 'n bykomende voordeel wees.
• Sterk kommunikasie-, kliëntediens-, probleemoplossings-, beplannings- en tydbestuursvaardighede, asook die vermoë om onder druk en oor langer ure te werk wanneer vereis, is noodsaaklik.

Pligte

Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal verantwoordelik wees vir die bestuur en verskaffing van dienslessenaar-, werkskerm-, tweede- en derdelyns-IKG-steun; die installering, onderhoud en probleemoplossing van IKG-hardeware, sagteware, netwerkinfrastruktuur, Wi-Fi, bedienaars, Active Directory, DHCP en VoIP-stelsels; die ondersteuning van IKG-sekuriteit, rugsteune en batebestuur; die skakeling met diensverskaffers oor tegniese steun, onderhoud, opgraderings en lisensies; gebruikersteun en bewustheidsinisiatiewe; die opstel van IKG-verslae en tegniese inligting aan die relevante bestuurder; die ondersteuning van IKG-projekte en infrastruktuurverbeterings; die toesig en monitering van IKG-tegnici; die prioritisering, oplossing en eskalering van IKG-voorvalle en versoeke; die bydrae tot die voortdurende verbetering van IKG-diens, stelsels, infrastruktuur en digitaliseringsprosesse.
