Adjunkdirekteur vir ECD-sentrums Voorwaardelike toelaag by die Mpumalanga Department of Education Hoofkantoor, wat toesig hou oor stelselprestasie en gebruikerondersteuning van die provinsiale eCares-stelsel.

Vereistes

• A SAQA-erkende driejaar na-matriek-kwalifikasie (NQF Level 7) in Inligtingstelsels / IKR / Rekenaarwetenskap / Data of 'n verwante veld. 7 jaar se relevante ervaring in stelseladministrasie en gebruikerondersteuning.
• Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
• Kennis van wolkgebaseerde stelselbedrywighede.
• Kennis van die provinsiale EMIS-omgewing en/of ECD-stelsellandskap.
• Kennis van databasisbestuur.
• Kennis van besigheidsintelligensie-verslagdoening.
• Vaardighede moet Gebruikerwaarderingstoetsing (UAT) en opleidingsfasilitering sowel as data-verslagdoening en monitering van stelselgebruik insluit.
• Sterke analitiese, datamanipulasie- en verslagdoeningsvaardighede (Excel advanced level).
• Vermoë om multivlak-belanghebbendes (nasionaal, provinsiaal, distrik) te koördineer.
• Probleemoplossingsvermoë, aandag tot detail, kliëntediens-oriëntasie.
• Vermoë om onafhanklik te werk en uitgebreid te reis.
• Voorwaarde: Aanstelling sal onderhewig wees aan 'n bevoegdheidsbeoordeling.
• Alle gekorte lys kandidate, insluitend die SMS, sal twee voor-toetredingsbeoordelings onderneem.
• Die een sal 'n praktiese oefening wees om 'n kandidaat se geskiktheid op grond van die pos se tegniese en algemene vereistes te bepaal en die ander moet 'n integriteit (etiese gedrag) beoordeling wees.

• Lei provinsiale toetsing van stelselvrystellings en opdaterings.
• Ontwikkel toetsplanne, teken User Acceptance Testing (UAT) resultate op, en dien terugvoer aan ontwikkelaars in.
• Bekragtig stelselverbeterings voor ontplooiing.
• Identifiseer en los tegniese probleme op wat provinsiale gebruikers raak.
• Handhaaf belyning tussen eCares en EMIS Masterlists.
• Bekragtig EMIS-nommertoekenning in eCares.
• Ondersteun provinsiale verslagdoeningsbehoeftes en akkuraatheid.

Appointment will be subject to competency assessment. Shortlisted candidates will be subjected to a technical exercise that intends to test relevant technical elements of the job. Following the interview and technical exercise the selection panel will recommend candidates to attend a generic managerial competency assessment (in compliance with the DPSA Directive on the implementation of competency based assessments). The competency assessment will be testing generic managerial competencies using the mandated DPSA SMS competency assessment tools. Applications should be submitted on the latest Form Z.83, obtainable from any Public Service Department. Applications must in all cases be accompanied by a recently updated comprehensive CV only. Only shortlisted candidates for a post will be required to submit certified copies of qualifications, identity document and driver’s license on or before the day of the interview following communication from the relevant HR section of the Department.
