Bestuur kliniese bedrywighede en koördineer verpleegsorg by Dannhauser CHC, met toesig oor ongevalle-, Moeder-en-Kind- en mobiele gesondheidsdienste.
Vereistes
- Graad 1 Ervaring: 'n Minimum van 10 jaar gepaste/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as Professionele Verpleegkundige by SANC in Algemene Verpleging.
- Ten minste 6 jaar ervaring in PHC na die behaal van 'n 1-jarige kwalifikasie in Primêre Gesondheidsorg.
- Ten minste 3 jaar van bogenoemde tydperk moet gepaste/erkenbare ervaring op bestuursvlak binne PHC wees.
- Graad 12 (Senior Sertifikaat).
- Graad/Diploma in Algemene Verpleging en Vroedkunde.
- Registrasie by SANC as 'n Algemene Verpleegkundige.
- PHC-sertifikaat deur SANC geëndosseer. 'n Minimum van 10 jaar gepaste/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as Professionele Verpleegkundige by SANC in Algemene Verpleging.
- Ten minste 6 jaar ervaring in PHC na die behaal van 'n 1-jarige kwalifikasie in Primêre Gesondheidsorg.
- Ten minste 3 jaar van bogenoemde tydperk moet gepaste/erkenbare ervaring op bestuursvlak binne PHC wees. Bestuurderslisensie.
- Diploma in Verplegingsadministrasie.
- ICRM-program sal as 'n voordeel bygevoeg word.
- Kennis, Vaardighede, Opleiding en Bevoegdhede Vereis vir die pos: Kennis van verpleegsorgprosesse en -prosedures, Verpleegwetwese, Gesondheidswet, Verpleegkundigesbelofte, Pasienteregte-handves, Batho Pele-beginsels ens.
- Verpleegstatute en die relevante regsraamwerk.
- Kennis en begrip van die wetgewende raamwerk wat openbare dienste regeer.
- Kennis van HR, Finansies, Vaardigheidsontwikkeling, Arbeidsverhoudinge, Openbare Diens.
- PHC-riglyne en ander voorskrifte.
- Konflik-, veranderings- en mensebestuurs- en besluitnemingsvaardighede.
- Skryf van verslae en tydbestuur, leierskaps- en toesighoudende vaardighede.
Pligte
- Bestuur minderjarige en akute, ongevalle, HAST, Moeder-en-Kind, Mobiele dienste en satellietklinieke.
- Delegeer, hou toesig en koördineer die verskaffing van effektiewe en doeltreffende pasiëntsorg deur middel van voldoende verpleegsorg.
- Neem deel aan die implementering van die verplegingsplan, kliniese oudits, QIP's en die implementering daarvan vir gehalte sorg.
- Neem deel aan die formulering van verplegingsstandaarde, protokolle, sop's, beleide en verseker implementering deur monitering en evaluering.
- Verseker dat die praktyk in verpleging ooreenstem met wette en regulasies relevant tot verpleging en gesondheidsorg.
- Bestuur en monitor HR en Finansies in alle relevante kliniese areas.
- Fasiliteer implementering van ICRM en OHSC-monitorproses en handhaaf status en nakoming.
- Fasiliteer en hou toesig oor die ontwikkeling van die Verplegingsoperasionele plan in die relevante kliniese areas en satellietklinieke.
- Monitor en verseker dataversameling en nakoming van databestuursbeginsels.
- Koördineer en betrek Sukuma Sakhe-bevorderingsaktiwiteite/-geleenthede binne die gemeenskap.
- Fasiliteer en monitor implementering van PHC-herontwerp.
- Monitor implementering van kliniese bestuurstelsels in die eenhede en satellietklinieke.
- Verskaf leiding en leierskap toward die verwesenliking van strategiese doelwitte en oogmerke.
- Delegeer, hou toesig en koördineer die verskaffing van effektiewe, doeltreffende gehalte sorg.
- Vestig, handhaaf en neem deel aan interprofessionele en multidissiplinêre spanwerk wat Gesondheidsorg bevorder.
- Verskaf strategiese leierskap in die lewering van integrasie DHS gebaseer op relevante beleidsimperatiewe.
- Verminder siektelas deur die geïntegreerde multi-belanghebbende HEALTH-bevordering welweensheidsstrategie (IMHPWS) ten volle in jou subdistrik te implementeer en implementering van gesondheidsprogram en dienspakket binne die subdistrik.
- Verseker effektiewe, doeltreffende en ekonomiese bestuur van toegekennde bronne - HRM, HRD, Begroting, Vervoer, Toerusting ens. binne die subdistrik.
- Monitor en evalueer die PHC-aktiwiteite.
- Bestuur van Rekords, Dataprestasie-inligting binne die subdistrik.

Applications must be submitted on the prescribed application for employment form (Z83-fully completed) and Curriculum Vitae. Medical Registrars - Training will take place at various sites for each discipline. Registrars may be required to spend time at various training institutions as required by the discipline. The site for the 1st year of training and subsequent rotations will be determined by the Academic Head of Discipline. Applicants are requested to apply separately for the disciplines of their interest. A maximum of three applications will be allowed which should be ranked in order of preference. One application for various Disciplines will not be accepted. Applications from applicants who are already appointed in the Registrar Programme will not be considered. As per HPCSA Regulations, the duration of Registrar training is 4/5 years, depending on the Discipline. All Registrars will be expected to register with the university for the MMED at own expense. All Registrars will be required to sign a contract which includes training and service responsibilities. Registrars will be required to complete Performance Agreements and assessments as stipulated by the Department. Appointments are subject to the signing of a contract which includes a service pay-back period. All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments.
