Professionele Siviele Ingenieurs word benodig om munisipale infrastruktuur-ingeneursondersteuning oor verskeie provinsies te verskaf, met 'n vereiste van 'n ingenieursgraad, ECSA-registrasie en drie jaar se ervaring.

Vereistes

• 'n Toepaslike graad in Siviele Ingenieurswese (B Eng/BSc Eng) of 'n equivalente relevante kwalifikasie op NQF-vlak 7 soos deur SAQA erken, met drie (3) jare post-kwalifikasie-ervaring in Siviele Ingenieurswese.
• Verpligte registrasie by die Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) as 'n Professionele Ingenieur.
• Prosesbevoegdhede: Kennisbestuur. Dienslewering-inovasie.
• Probleemoplossing en analise.
• Kliëntgerigtheid en kliëntfokus. Kommunikasievaardighede.
• Kernbevoegdhede: Strategiese kapasiteit en leierskap.
• Mensebestuur en bemagtiging.
• Program- en projekbestuur.
• Finansiële bestuur. Veranderingsbestuur.
• Tegniese bevoegdhede: Diepgaande kennis en begrip van: Ingenieursontwerp en ontledingskennis.
• Ingenieurs- en professionele oordeel. Kontrakbestuur.
• Kennis van plaaslike sosio-ekonomiese infrastruktuur.
• Ingenieurs-, regs- en operasionele nakoming.
• Operasionele ingenieurskommunikasie.

Pligte

• Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal die volgende pligte verrig: Verskaf ondersteuning oor Siviele Ingenieurswese-diensvolgens Suid-Afrikaanse Beleide, Wette, Regulasies, en bedryfsriglyne met inagneming van MISA en Munisipale Norme en Gebruike.
• Ontwerp nuwe stelsels om praktiese ingenieursuitdagings op te los, doeltreffendheid te verbeter, en veiligheid te verbeter.
• Voer die diagnostiese proses van die geïdentifiseerde munisipaliteite (swak presterende) uit.
• Ondersoek munisipale infrastruktuurbeplanning, -ontwikkeling, -implementering, en die onderhoudsvereistes van munisipaliteite.
• Ondersteun munisipaliteite oor die infrastruktuurlewensiklus wat Haalbaarheids- en Lewensvatbaarheidstudies, Ontwerp en Ontwikkeling, Implementering en Werking en Onderhoud insluit, insluitend verkryging, program/projek, en kontrakbestuur.
• Ondersteun in die ontwikkeling, hersiening, en implementering van munisipale sektor-meesterplanne.
