Senior Practitioner-pos by Ekurhuleni East TVET College wat op die implementering van opleidings- en ontwikkelingsprogramme fokus, waarvoor 'n diploma of graad in Human Resource Management en drie tot vyf jaar se ervaring vereis word.
Vereistes
- Graad 12 / Matric / Level 4 Certificate. 3-jaar National Diploma / Degree-kwalifikasie in Human Resource Management. 3-5 jaar se tersaaklike ervaring in 'n menslike-hulpbron-omgewing.
- Rekenaarvaardigheid. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
- Kennis en begrip van PMDS en IQMS.
- Kennis en begrip van die koördinering en fasilitering van opleiding.
- Begrip van die wetgewende raamwerk wat die Openbare Dienste regeer.
- Berging en onttrekkingsprosedures ten opsigte van die werksomgewing.
- Koördinering en fasilitering van opleidingsprogramme.
- Beplanning en organisering.
- Kommunikasie (goeie mondeling en skriftelik). Buigsaamheid. Kliëntesorgdienste. Verslagskrywing. Spanwerk.
Pligte
- Verseker die implementering van opleidings- en ontwikkelingsprogramme.
- Voer opleidingsbehoeftesontleding vir die College uit.
- Voer inlywings vir nuutasgestelde werknemers by die College uit.
- Ontwikkel en implementeer 'n opleidingskedule.
- Kontak diensverskaffers en onderhandel die beste opsies vir die College.
- Bemark opleidingskursusse by die College.
- Beplan en voer 'n vaardighedsoudit vir die College uit.
- Verseder behoorlike reëlings van opleidingslogistiek soos datums, plekke en verseker die indiening van Portfolio of Evidence wanneer vereis.
- Assesseer na-opleidingsevaluering en opnames vir alle kursusse bygewoon.
- Administreer 'n databasis van alle opleiding bygewoon deur werknemers en rapporteer daaroor.
- Fasiliteer die ontwikkeling van die Work Skills Plan.
- Ontwikkel die jaarlikse Work Skills Plan (WSP) uit data versamel.
- Stel 'n Skill Development Committee (SDC) op.
- Kommunikeer met die SDC, tersaaklike personeel en eenhede aangaande die voorbereiding en verslagdoening van die WSP.
- Monitor die implementering van die WSP.
- Rapporteer oor die jaarlikse vaardighedsoudit.
- Monitor en verwerk enige ETDP Seta-eise en dokumentasie.
- Stel en handhaaf 'n goeie verhouding met ETDP Seta.
- Administreer beurse by die College.
- Adverteer beurse ooreenkomstig College-vereistes.
- Administereer lêers vir die oordrag van beurse na en van ander Colleges of instansies.
- Administereer beurse en die beurs-toekenningsproses.
- Verskaf sekretariële ondersteuning aan die /Human Resource Development Committee/ Bursary committee.
- Voer beursoudits uit en reageer op navrae rakende beurse en stel kwartaalverslae vir die beurse op.
- Verseker terugvoer van uitkomste aan aansoekers en hul bestuurders.
- Verskaf professionele leiding en ondersteuning aan bestuurders en personeel rakende beurse en loopbaanontwikkeling.
- Verseker die instandhouding van die beursdatabasis.
- Administereer beursbetalings.
- Administereer Performance Management Development System, Integrated Quality Management System en koördineer opleiding vir die College.
- Ontwikkel en implementeer 'n doeltreffende en effektiewe PMDS en IQMS vir College-personeel.
- Hou werkswinkels en verskaf hulp met die voltooiing van PMDS- en IQMS-dokumente.
- Administereer Halfjaarlikse en Jaarlikse PMDS- en IQMS-assesserings vir College-personeel.
- Administereer die PMDS en IQMS vir die College.
- Bepaal opleidingsintervensies en stel opleidingskedules vir personeel op en dien dit by die Principal ter goedkeuring in.
- Administereer die lewering van eksterne en interne opleiding soos en wanneer versoek.
- Administereer die werwing en seleksie van internship- en learnership-programme.
- Stel verslae op vir die goedkeuring van beursaansoeke by die College.
- Bestuur 'n databasis vir alle PMDS-, IQMS- en opleidingsake.
- Administereer Internship- en learnership-programme.
- Fasiliteer die ontwikkeling van werksbeskrywings.
- Formuleer die Employment Equity Plan vir die College.
- Bestuur menslike, finansiële en ander hulpbronne in die eenheid.
