Outeur oor diensvoorwaardes, vergoeding, pensioene en verlofadministrasie by Ekurhuleni East TVET College, wat 'n HR-diploma of -graad en drie tot vyf jaar se ervaring vereis.
Vereistes
- Grade 12 / Matric / Level 4 Certificate. 3-jaar Nasionale Diploma / Graadkwalifikasie in Menslike Hulpbronbestuur. 3-5 jaar se relevante ervaring in 'n Menslike Hulpbron-omgewing.
- Rekenaargeletterdheid. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
- Begrip en benutting van die PERSAL-stelsel.
- Begrip van die wetgewende raamwerk wat die Openbare Diens reguleer.
- Berging en onttrekkingsprosedures in terme van die werksomgewing.
- Begrip van die werk in die register.
- Beplanning en organisering.
- Kommunikasie (goeie mondelinge en skriftelike). Plooibaarheid. Kliëntesorgdienste. Verslagskrywing. Spanwerk.
Pligte
- Outeur en administreer diensvoorwaardes en vergoeding van werknemers.
- Administreer pensioen, behuisingsallowansie en langdiensvoordele ens.
- Verseker dat nuwe werknemers dienskontrakte voltooi.
- Administreer werknemerverlof.
- Verseker dat personeelleers lêers gehou word (dienskontrakte, besonderhede, verlofvorms ens).
- Administreer alle beëindigingsversoeke.
- Administreer die salaristrolys vir alle werknemers en hanteer alle administrasie en navrae rakende die Pensioenfonds en Mediese Hulp.
- Dien verslae by bestuur in soos vereis sodat hulle ingelig is oor HR-verwante aangeleenthede en ingeligte besluite kan neem.
- Verseker dat alle werknemers 'n Verklaring van Belang en 'n Vertrouelikheidooreenkoms voltooi het.
- Administreer personeelrekords en verseker dat rekords opgedateer word.
- Outeur en administreer werwing en seleksie.
- Ontwikkel 'n werwingsplan.
- Berei advertensies voor en verkry goedkeuring om te adverteer.
- Koördineer kortlyste en onderhoude.
- Ontvang versoeke vir advertensie van vakante poste in die Kollege.
- Adverteer alle vakatures in samewerking met Bestuurders.
- Verseker voorbereidings vir onderhoude (reëlings van onderhoude soos datums, plekke, en uitnodigings aan kandidate).
- Fasiliteer die verifikasie van alle aansoekers se kwalifikasies.
- Stel verslae op vir goedkeuring deur die Hoof om geskikte kandidate op salarisvlakke 2 tot 8 te benoem.
- Fasiliteer aanstellings en plasing.
- Administreer werwingsdatabasis.
- Bestuur rekords vir die Kollege.
- Ontwikkel, hersien en verseker implementering van Rekordbestuursprosesse en -stelsels.
- Administreer die oopmaak, argivering, sluiting en indien van lêers vir nuwe en bestaande werknemers.
- Verseker die opdatering van personeelleers.
- Verseker die veilige bewaring van Menslike Hulpbronrekords.
- Administreer alle rekords wat vir ouditeringsdoeleindes vereis word.
- Verseker die wegdoening van lêers in terme van die toepaslike wetgewing en goedgekeurde Kollegebeleid.
- Administreer alle inkomende en uitgaande korrespondensie.
- Administreer 'n databasis van alle inkomende en uitgaande pos.
- Administreer register van lêerindeks op (indiestelsel).
- Hou by die departement of inrigting van Hoër Onderwys & Opleiding en Kollegebeleide en -prosedures.
- Bestuur menslike, finansiële en ander hulpbronne in die eenheid.
