• Generiese bevoegdhede: Diensleweringinnovasie, probleemoplossing en analise, mensebestuur en bemagtiging, kliëntgerigtheid en kliëntefokus, rekenaarvaardigheid en kommunikasie.
• Tegniese bevoegdhede: Risikobestuur- en ouditeitspraktyke, The Public Financial Management Act, korporatiewe goeweransie, ontwikkeling van beleide en strategieë.

Pligte

• Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal die volgende pligte uitvoer: Voer 'n risiko-assessering en 'n gevolglike risikoprofiel van die Departement uit;
• Ontwikkel en implementeer beleide, strategieë en raamwerke vir risikobestuur;
• Belyn die risikobestuursproses met strategiese doelwitte en besigheidsplanne van die Departement;
• Identifiseer en voer risikobestuurskapasiteitsgappe uit en fasiliteer/verskaf risikobestuursopleiding;
• Monitor en evalueer die status van risikobestuur en nakoming van risikobestuursprosesse binne die Departement;
• Ontwikkel en implementeer 'n bedrogvoorkomingsplan.
• Bestuur die besigheidskontinuïteitsfunksie van die Departement.
