Vereistes

  • 'n Relevante driejarige Nasionale Diploma/Graad in Menslikehulpbronbestuur of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie binne Menslikehulpbronbestuur (minstens 360 krediete).

  • Rekenaargeletterdheid wat 'n hoë vlak van kundigheid in Microsoft-produkte en PERSAL-stelsel insluit.

  • Verseker die korrekte betaling van behuisingstoelae.
  • Verseker dat behuisings- en stoptransaksies voor die vervaldatum goedgekeur word.
  • Verseker dat implementering gekommunikeer word.
  • Kontroleer skuld by beëindiging van diens.
  • Toesien op en bestuur Besering op Diens.
  • Verseker die korrektheid van IOD-vorms.
  • Verseker dat IOD-vorms korrek op PERSAL ingevoer word en korrek op IOD-stelsel geregistreer word.

  • Toesighou oor die administrasie van Verlof en PILIR: Verseker opneming van inkomende verloofvorms en verwerking van verlof.

  • Verseker korrekte aanbevelinge oor verlof en implementering van verlofveranderinge.
  • Goedkeur en magtig alle verlooftransaksies.
  • Verseker dat verslae kwartaalliks getrek word en rekords aan afdelings verskaf word en korrektiewe aksies geneem word.
  • Toesighou oor en hou tred met naleving van die afdelings en voorsien verslae aan bestuur.
  • Verseker dat verlofaudits binne tydperke finaliseer.
  • Verseker opneming en toekenning van Pilir-aansoeke.
  • Verseker dat die Pilir-proses binne die tydperke finaliseer.
  • Verseker dat kwartaal- en jaarverslae binne vervaldatums gedoen word.
  • Verseker dat Pilir-koptellings en rekeninge ingedien word.
  • Verseker dat aanbevelinge van HRM geïmplementeer en gekommunikeer word.
  • Verseker dat proses van Siektekunde en mediese beoordeling geïmplementeer en finaliseer word.
  • Toesighouding van personeel: Wys werk toe volgens vaardighede en bevoegdhede.

One permanent position of Senior Administrative Officer is currently available at the Government Pensions Administration Agency (GPAA): HR Basic Conditions of Employment Unit. Effective from 19 June 2026, the GPAA now utilises an e-Recruitment System which means all applicants must login/register to apply for positions, we only accept e-Recruitment online applications. Successful completion of the Nyukela Public Service SMS Pre-entry Programme as endorsed by the National School of Government, available as an online course on https://www.thensg.gov.za/training-course/sms-pre-entry-programme/, prior to finalisation of appointment, is a requirement for all SMS positions. All shortlisted candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to a technical exercise and interview. Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity.
