Izidingo

• Umfunyi kumele abe nesitifiketi se-Grade 12, iziqu ezifanele zangemva kwebanga (izinga le-NQF 8) njengokuqashelwa yi-SAQA kuMthetho, ukuBala izimali, ukuHlola izimali, ukuphathwa kwezinkinga, ukuphathwa kwezohwebo, uMthetho, ukuPhathwa kwezinto Zomphakathi noma iziqu ezinhle;
• Ukwaziswa okuncane kweminyaka eyisihlanu (5) kokusebenza ekubambeleleni futhi noma ukubusa i-Komiti Le-Audit Nomezinkathi, iBhodi, iKomiti noma isakhiwo esifanayo sokuphathwa kwezindaba/ukuqapha;
• Ukuba lilungu lomzimba ocbukekayo wabaprofeshinali njengoba yi-South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), i-Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa (IIA SA), i-Legal Practice Council (LPC), noma omunye umzimba ocbukekayo ofanayo wabaprofeshinali.
• Ukuqonda okuhle kwe-PFMA, iMithetho yeTreasury nezinhlelo zokuphathwa kwezindaba zomphakathi ezisebenzayo, ukuhlola izimali, ukuphathwa kwezinkinga nezinhlelo zokuvela ngemibiko yezimali;
• Ukuqonda okuhle kwemisebenzi nemithwalo yayo ehlobene ne-Accounting Officer, i-Executive Authority, iKomiti Le-Audit Nomezinkathi, i-Internal Audit ne-Auditor-General of South Africa;
• Ulwazi nge-PFMA, iMithetho yeTreasury nakwezinye izinhlelo zomphakathi;
• Ulwazi nokuqonda izitatimende zezimali, izilawuli zangaphakathi, ukuphathwa kwezinkinga, ukuhlola izimali ngaphakathi nangaphandle, ulwazi ngemikhuba nokuphathwa kwezindaba;
• Amakhono amakhulu okukhokha, okucabanga ngokubukeka, ukuhlaziya, ukuxhumana nokuxhumana nabantu;
• Ukuzimela, ukuqotho, ukungathathi hlangothi nesinqumo seziprofeshinali;
• Ukuba nakho ukunikezela isikhathi esanele ekwenzeni ngempumelelo imisebenzi yeSihlalo.

Umsebenzi

• Umfnuzi ophumelelayo uzobe, phakathi kwabanye: Unikeza ukukhokha okunamandla kuKomiti Le-Audit Nomezinkathi.
• Aqiniseke ukuthi iKomiti yenza imisebenzi yayo ngempumelelo ngokweKhadi layo elivunyiwe nangokomthetho nemithetho ebuzwayo.
• Akusize ukulawula ngempumelelo ukuvela kwemibiko yezimali, ulwazi ngemikhuba, ukuphathwa kwezinkinga, izilawuli zangaphakathi nezinqubo zokuphathwa kwezindaba.
• Alawule umsebenzi we-Internal Audit ukuze aqiniseke ukusebenza kwawo nokuzimela kwawo.
• Akusize ukubheka ukuphunyushwa kwezinto eziphakamisiwe ezivela ezinqabeni zokuhlola izimali ngaphakathi nangaphandle.
• Akusize ukuxhumana nokubonisana ngempumelelo phakathi kweKomiti, i-Executive Authority, i-Accounting Officer, ukuphathwa, i-Internal Audit ne-Auditor-General of South Africa.
• Aqiniseke ukuthi izindaba ezinkulu zokuphathwa kwezindaba, izinkinga, izilawuli, ukuphathwa kwezimali nokuhlolwa kwamamembu aqashelwa futhi athunyelwe phezulu.
• Athumele umbiko ku-Executive Authority ngemisebenzi nokusebenza kweKomiti Le-Audit Nomezinkathi.
• Akhuthaze ukubhekana phansi, ukusesinye, ukuziphatha kahle nokuphathwa kwezindaba kahle ngaphakathi kweMnyango.
• Ahole ukubheka komnyaka weKomiti Le-Audit Nomezinkathi.

A covering letter outlining their suitability for appointment as Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee. Copies of qualifications and identification.
