• I-postgraduate degree kuleyo ebuzwe ngenhla kuzoba yinzuzo ekwedlulele. 3 years related experience in supply chain management (demand and acquisition and bid administration) environment on supervisory level.
• Ulwazi oluhlobene nomsebenzi: umthetho we-SCM, izinqongo zomthetho neziyalezo, i-PFMA, Iziyalezo ze-Treasury ne-PPPFA, inqubo yophathwa lwesidingo nokuqoqwa, ukuphathwa kwabunikazi bamathenda nokuqashelwa kwamathenda amncintisana, ukuhlelwa kokuthenga, ukuphathwa kwezinkontileka nokuhambisana ne-SCM, ukuphathwa kengozi, ukubusa nokulawula ngaphakathi.
• Amakhono ahlobene nomsebenzi: Amakhono okuhlaziya futhi asombulula izinkinga, amakhono okuxhumana nokubhala imibiko, ukuphathwa kwabahlanganyeli kanye nokuwohlanga, ukuba ngumbhali, ukuhlela namakhono okuhlela, ukwazi ukusebenzisa ikhompyutha nokuthothoza ku-MS Office 365.
• Ukuziphatha komsebenzi: Ukuxhumana (ngokuthethwa nokubhalwa), Ukuphathwa Kwamaphrojekthi, Ukuphathwa Kwezimali, ukuzinikela kwayisebenzelayo nokugxila kumthengi, Ukusombulula izinkinga nokuhlaziya, Ukuphathwa Kwezinkontileka nokunaka imininingwane.

Umsebenzi

• Qaphela abasebenzi ukuze kuqiniseke ukukhonza okunempilo ekuphathweni kwesidingo nokuqoqwa wenze yonke imisebenzi eyadingekayo yomphathi ehlobene nokuphathwa kwezimali ne-HR.
• Hlanganisa (qondanisa), hlola, ucwaninge, hlaziya uphendule futhi uhlele izidingo zomnyango zokuthenga.
• Hlanganisa ukuhlola, qoqa uce imelelolwazi ngehlelo lokuthengisa ngonyaka.
• Qaphela bese uhlanganisa izinkomba zamathenda / izikhipho ezidingekayo.
• Bula, fakele ngempatha bese ulondoloza isisekelo seenjini ezibambe iqhaza.
• Hlanganisa (qondanisa), hlola bese uphumeza inqubo yokuthengisa ngamathenda.
