• Qondisa futhi uhlanganise inqubo yokuqondiswa kwezinhlelo zokuqondiswa kanye nezoqhumbana.
• Qondisa ukuthuthukiswa kweStrategic Plan, iProvincial Program of Action kanye neAnnual Performance Plan.
• Hlanganisa ukuthuthukiswa kwe-Annual Operational Plan yomnyango.
• Thuthukisa, hlaziya futhi uhlanganise ukusetshenziswa kwezindlela zokuphathwa kolwazi nolwazi lomnyango, izinqubomgomo, izakhiwo, izingqikithi zokuqondisa eziyisisekelo futhi uhlele ukusetshenziswa kwazo.
• Hlanganisa futhi usekela ukulinganiswa kokuvuthwa kokuphathwa kolwazi, ukulinganiswa kokuhambisana nemithetho, ukuqoqa izibonakaliso, izinhlelo zokuqhubisa ukulungiswa nokubikela izakhiwo eziqondisayo.
