• Isiqu se-LLB noma isiqu somthetho sezinhle zonyaka ezilandelanayo esivunyelwe esilingana ne-NQF 8.

Umsebenzi

• Ukunika izeluleko zomthetho kanye nokuletha imibono yomthetho yokukhuluma nokubhaliwa kanye nensiza kuHulumeni wakwaMpumalanga wesifundazwe.
• Ukuba nomthwalo wokubhala umthetho wesifundazwe futhi ngokuqhubekayo, ukuze kuqatshwe kabusha umthetho wesifundazwe, okuhlanganisa nomthetho wegazi lasemandulo.
• Ukubhala izivumelwano zokusebenza, izivumelwano zanoma yisiphi isabelo, imibhalo, incwadi nanoma yimiphi eminye imibhalo enesigaxa somthetho.
• Ukuhlela futhi ukuhlola umthetho wesifundazwe, okuhlanganisa nomthetho ongaphansi kwawo, okungaba nguMthetho, Izaziso, Izimiso, njll.
• Ukugunyaza imibhalo yangaphakathi.
• Ukuletha imibono ngokuhlelwa nokusetshenziswa kwenqubomgomo kanye nokuhlola izikombiso ngokuhlelwa kwemithetho kanye nezinhlaka zamaphoyisa kazwelonke.
• Ukuphatha izingozi ezibonakalayo ngokuphathelene neNyongo Yezinsiza Zokweluleka Ngomthetho.
