Umsebenzi

• Nikeza inkuleleko ebalulekile nenhleleleko ekuphathweni kamasistimu wokuphathwa kwezinkokhelo, izinqubo, izinhlelo, nokulawula.
• Qaphela ukugcinwa ngokunembile, ukuqinisekiswa, ukucubungulwa, nemvume yezinkokhelo ngaphakathi kwe-Housing Subsidy System (HSS) noma kumasistimu okukhokha ahambisanayo.
• Qinisekisa ukuzilandela imiyalo yokuphathwa kwezinkokhelo, izidingo zokushicilelwa kwamadokhumenti asekelwayo, nezinqubo zokuvuma.
• Phatha uphinde uqaphele ukulungiswa kwezinkokhelo, ukubuyiselwa emuva, nokwenqatshwa ngokuvumelana nemithetho elandelayo nalezinqubo.
• Phenya uphende uxazulule imibuzo eminengi ehlobene nezinkokhelo, okuhlanganisa izinkokhelo ezibekwe isikhathi eside kakhulu nazo ezipikiswanayo.
• Qinisekisa ukuzinembile, ukunemba, nokuqashelwa kwesikhathi kwedatha kanye nezinkokhelo.
• Qaphela ukuthuthukiswa, ukuthunyelwa, kanye nokusetshenziswa kwezicelo zokushintsha ukulawula amasistimu (njenge-OSCARS) eziphathene nokuphathwa kwezinkokhelo.
