• Okungenani amaphoyisa amakhulu amathathu njengomphathi abo ngokuphathwa kwezimali.
• Ilaysensi yokushayela esemthethweni.
• Ulwazi oluhlobene nomsebenzi: Izinqubomgomo, izinqubo kanye nemiyalo, Izinhlelo zezimali kufaka phakathi Isimiso Esibekiwe SoBunhlolvini (BAS), uMthetho WoKuphathwa Kwamaholo Mbuso, izimiso ze-Ngcenye, imali-mbihla kanye nezinqubo zokubika.
• Amakhono ahlobene nomsebenzi: Ukuphathwa kwezimali, Ukubeka izindinganiso nokuqapha, ukubusa ngokomthetho, Unxibelelwano (olwenziwa ngomlomo nolubhaliwe), Ikholo lokukhiqiza imibiko yokuphathwa nezethulo, Ukuphathwa kwabantu kanye Nokuhlobana nomuntu qho.

Umsebenzi

• Qaphaza futhi uhlobonde imali-mbihla.
• Phatha futhi uhlobonde Inqubo Yokusebenzisa Imali Esikhathi Esiphakathi (MTEF), ukudweba, ukuhlelwa kwemali-mbihla kanye nesiqondiso Senani Loku—setshenziswa Kwezwe (ENE) inqubo.
• Qinisekisa ukuthi imali-mbihla efanele yesigaba ihlelwe kahle kumaba oholekayo / izikhungo sezindleko.
• Hlela kabusha imali-mbihla ngokuhambisana nezidingo zokusebenza zesigaba.
• Phatha inqubo yokushintshwa kwemali.
• Phatha amakhaya okubuyiselwa nomkhokho wamanje.
• Qinisekisa ukuthi kuhlonishwa imiyalo yangaphakathi nangaphandle mayelana nezimali uma kucutshungulwa imikhokho.
• Qinisekisa futhi uvume imikhokho ngokuhambisana nemithetho ebekwe ngamandla.
• Qinisekisa ukuthi imikhokho icutshungulwa ngaphakathi kwesikhathi esibekiwe futhi ngendlela efanele mayelana nokuhlelwa kwe-SCOA.
• Phatha izindleko.
• Hlaziya futhi ulawule ukuthi kuthatha kanjani izindleko uma kuqhathaniswa namaphuzu okusebenzisa kanye nokudweba.
• Qinisekisa ukuthi izindleko zesigaba zihambisana nemali-mbihla ehanjisiwe yesigaba.
• Thatha izinyathelo ezisebenzayo futhi ezifanele ukuze kugwenywe izindleko ezingavunyiwe, ezingavunyelwe, ezingenasiphuzo futhi ezingalahlekile.
• Qamba futhi uhlobonde imibiko yezimali.
