Kudingeka uSekela Ngqondo ukuqondisa ukusetshenziswa kwenqubo yesiKhulu seSektho yezihlahla kanye nokuqondiswa kwemigomo yoshintsho ngaphakathi kwesektho yezihlahla.

• I-Diploma Yezwe (NQF Level 6) noma iziqu ezithintekayo endimeni ehlobene njengoba kusukwamiswa yi-SAQA.
• Isiphephelo seminyaka eyisihlanu (5) sokusebenza esekthweni yezihlahla, lapho kufanele kube seminyaka eyintathu (3) esigabeni sikaMsizi weNgqondo noma esigabeni esihlobene sokubusa / ekulawuleni.
• Isiphephelo ekuxhumaniseni abahlanganyeli, ekusetshenzisweni kwezinqubo, ekuphatheni izinhlelo noma ekushintshweni ngaphakathi kwesektho yezihlahla kuzoba usuzu olungeziwe.

• Ukuqonda kahle isektho yezihlahla kanye nemigomo yoshintsho.
• Amakhono aphezulu ekuphathweni kwezinhlelo nezinhlelo zomsebenzi, ekuhleleni nasekuhlelekiseni, ekuxhumeni (okubhalwayo nokukhulunywayo), ekubhaleni imibiko, ekuphathweni kwezimali, ekuhlaziyeni nasekuxazululeni izinkinga, ekwenzeni izinkulumo, ekuxhumaneni, ekuphathweni kwabahlanganyeli, ekuholeni, ekuphathweni kwezinkinga kanye nolwazi lwesikhompyutha.

Umsebenzi

• Qondisa ukusetshenziswa kwenqubo yesiKhulu seSektho yezihlahla, ukuqinisekisa ukusetshenziswa ngempumelelo kwezinjongo zoshintsho zeNqubo kanye nezibopho zesektho.
• Qondisa ukusetshenziswa nokulawulwa kwe-Hlelo elikhulu leSektho yezihlahla mayelana nemigomo yoshintsho kanye neZibopho zeNqubo kahulumeni.
• Thuthukisa futhi ulawule izinqubo nezinhlaka ezisekela iNqubo yesiKhulu seSektho yezihlahla.
• Xhumana neNqubo yeSektho yezihlahla kanye nabanye abahlanganyeli, zibe njengendawo yokuzulazula kubuqhawe kahulumeni, endaweni yokushumayela, emisebenzini nasezimelezeni mayelana neNqubo, futhi uqondise ukufinyelela kubahlali kanye namahlelo okwazisa.
• Qapha futhi uphathe ukuhlolwa kwezinhlela zezezimali, imibiko kanye nezimali zeNqubo yesiKhulu seSektho yezihlahla, thuthukisa, gcina futhi uphathe isisekelo seniningwane seNqubo yesiKhulu seSektho yezihlahla kanye noshintsho ukuze useke ukusetshenziswa, ukulawula nokubika imigomo yoshintsho.
• Qinisekisa ukubhalwa kumafayela nokugcina amarekhodi ngokuvumelana noMthetho woKuphathwa kweMali kahulumeni (PFMA) kanye nezinye izidingo zokubusa.
• Qinisekisa ukuvumelana nomthetho, izinqubo nezinyathelo ezihlobene neNqubo yesiKhulu seSektho yezihlahla, phatha amabhajeti abekiwe ezinhlelweni ezihlobene neNqubo futhi uqinisekise ukusetshenziswa ngokushesha kwezinsiza zezimali.
