Umongameli Wokulungiswa Kwezomthetho onikeza ukulungiselwa kwezomthetho, ukuhlola kanye nokusekela izinqubomgomo kwi-Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment.

Izidingo

• Iziqu ezingaphansi kwesigaba (NQF7) ezifundweni zomthetho noma iziqu ezihambisana nalezo njengokuqashelwe yi-SAQA.
• Ukwaba okuncane kweminyaka eyisihlanu (5) ngokulingene ngokuya kwabaphathi abaphakathi noma abaphezulu ekulungisweni komthetho.

Umsebenzi

• Nika isekelo lomthetho (ukulunga, ukuhlola kanye nokuphawula kumabhili, izinqubomgomo kanye nomthetho ongaphansi) kuMnyango.
• Lokhu kubala ukulunga nokuHlola ngokomthetho izinqubomgomo, amabhili, umthetho, izaziso, izinhlelo zokuSebenza, iNdlela eya phambili, izimiso, amaphuzu kanye nezinye izinto ezihamba kahle.
• Buka imibiko yokuHlolwa kokuchithwa kwemali enza kanzima abantu kakhulu (SEIAS).
• Buka imibiko yokuphendula imibuzo (CRRs).
• UkuHamba nababhili kanye nomthetho ongaphansi endleleni eza kumakhomidi okuqamba umthetho noma ukuze abe mthetho, inqubo yesiGungu kanye nokuSetshenziswa neNqubomgomo yokuVumelana kwezinsizakalo nezinye izindlu eziSebenzela isiKhungo somthetho ezikwazi ukuba necala elikhulu njengoba kusho umthetho namakhonsela eNqubomgomo yesiGungu.
• Nika isekelo ngokomthetho (izincazelo ngokomthetho/iyathandaza/ucwaningo komthetho osetshenziswa umnyango, izibhalo ezithumelwayo, izibhalo zokusiza ukuba sibe sezintweni ezibalulekile, ukuphendula imibuzo yomphakathi, izinkulumo zamaphephandaba kanye nemibuzo evela esiGungwini, ukusekela ekuqonden izincazelo zamaphuzu kanye nomthetho ongaphansi).
• Hlola ngokomthetho izicelo zokuQasha izinkomishi ezivunyelwe ukuze kungenwe ezinye izindawo noma zibe khona, amalayisense namaphermita.
• Phatha nokuQamba ukubhaliswa kwemibiko evezwa kubantu abaholi nebhalwe kuMnyango.
• Zibandakanya futhi ume ngomlomo (buka imibiko) kuMnyango emiphakathi yamakhomidi, emihlanganweni, nezinye izindawo lapho kubonisana khona abantu abanegalelo.
• Hlanganisa ukulungiswa komthetho nokuHlela izinqubomgomo ngaphakathi nendlela esiYenza ngayo ukuphathwa kwezamaphathiswe phakathi koHulumende (IGR).
• Ukuphatha inqubomgomo, okubala nokuSetshenziswa nokwenza umsebenzi ababekwayo, ukuHamba emihlanganweni yokuphatha futhi kubandakanya ukuphathwa kwemali.

Furthermore, Shortlisted candidates must provide proof of successful completion of the course. All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments. All shortlisted candidates for SMS will be subjected to a technical exercise and interview. Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessment to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preference, emotional intelligence and integrity.
