• Ulwazi lomsebenzi ohlobene nomakethe noma ezokuxhumana kuzoba yinzuzo.
• Ilayisensi yokushayela esemthethweni izoba yinzuzo.
• Kumele ukwazi ukusebenzisa ikhompyutha.
• Ikhono, ulwazi, namakhono: Ulwazi ngokwenza kwezokuxhumanana kwentengiso nendlela ezisetshenziswa kuzo.
• Ukuqonda ukubaluleka kokuhola kwephawu lenkampani, ukwakheka kwezithombe kanye nokusebenzisa kuzo zonke izindlela.
