Izidingo

Umsebenzi

• Butha amaphula kwenkathi yezweni lomsebenzi wokwakhiwa kwezimiso uphinde uwahumushe ngokuhambisana nezidingo zendawo yenkathi.
• Kuxhase ukuhlanganiswa kwamaphula kwenkathi ukuze akhiwe amaphula esebenzayo wemikhakha yenkathi yokubhalisa, ukwesekwa kwezokwakhiwa, ukuphathwa kwe-subsidy nokubhala nokuqinisa nokwesekwa.
• Axhase ukwakhiwa, ukusebenza nokubuka imiphumela yesikhathi senkathi yamaphula e-Silver/Gold ukubhalisa kanye nokuqiniswa kokusetshenziswa kokuweswa emkhakheni yonke.
• Kuxhase ukusebenza nokuqinisa amakhibhobhohli ukuphatha okuhamba (PPMU) nezakhiwo kanye nemigangatho ukubanjwa nokusebenza kwezinkathi ezenza kuhle emkhakheni yokubhalisa, ukwesekwa kwezokwakhiwa kanye namaphula e-subsidy.
• Asungula, axhase futhi asize ukuba kusungulwe umzamshulo wonke kwezinhlelo e-ECD ezintsha zemigangatho yemisebenzi ezintweni zendawo yenkathi nasedolofini.
• Axhase zonke izikhathi ezingamenywa kumabhunga wezintaba ebalulekile kanye nasemandla amnyama kubamba isandla ekuletheni imigangatho yomsebenzi e-ECD entsha.
• Axhase ukulethwa kwemigangatho e-ECD ngokwezidingo zokwesekwa kumaphoyisa abeyasedolofini nokuweswa amabhunga okusebenza.

Appointment will be subject to competency assessment. Shortlisted candidates will be subjected to a technical exercise that intends to test relevant technical elements of the job. Following the interview and technical exercise the selection panel will recommend candidates to attend a generic managerial competency assessment (in compliance with the DPSA Directive on the implementation of competency based assessments). The competency assessment will be testing generic managerial competencies using the mandated DPSA SMS competency assessment tools. Applications should be submitted on the latest Form Z.83, obtainable from any Public Service Department. Applications must in all cases be accompanied by a recently updated comprehensive CV only. Only shortlisted candidates for a post will be required to submit certified copies of qualifications, identity document and driver’s license on or before the day of the interview following communication from the relevant HR section of the Department. The filling of posts will be done in terms of the Department’s approved Employment Equity Plan. Due to ongoing internal processes, the Department reserves the right to withdraw any post at any time.
