Umsebenzi

• Ezokwelapha, abaphathi bazobe bephatha izinsiza zokwelapha endaweni enwetshisiwe yesifundazwe, okuthuthukisa ukunikezwa kwezinsiza zokwelapha i-Region 1 nangaphandle kwezikhungo ezinkulu zasemadolobheni.
• Abaphathi bazobe bethathwa ukuthi bahlele isikhathi nemandla abo ngendlela efanele phakathi kwezikhungo ezinkulu ukuze bathuthukise inkundla yokufundisa/nokukhonza (Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Empangeni, Stanger kanye ne-Port Shepstone) yokuhlinza.
• Abaphathi bazobe futhi bathuthukisa imigqudo yocwaningo, egqamisa ekuthuthukiseni ukulethwa kwenkonzo ngokwesimo esibhekene nobuhlungu beziguli ezihlobene nezitho zokugaya ukudla.
• Abaphathi kufanele futhi baqinisekise ukuthi izinsiza zokwelapha i-Region 1 zihlelwe kahle futhi zikulandela inkundla yokufundisa ye-University of Kwa-Zulu Natal.

• Ukwenza ukuqeqeshwa kwemfundo ephakeme kanye nokufundisa okuhlobene nebanga elingaphansi kwesibili, ukufundisa kanye nokuhlola emkhakheni we-Specialised Surgery.
• Ukuhlela izinsiza nokufundisa kanye nezinhloko zeziyunithi osibedela se-Regional i-Region 1.
• Ukuqinisekisa ukuthi indawo ihambisana ne-Health and Safety Act, ukuthi abasebenzi balandela izindlela zokuphepha futhi ukuthi impilo yabasebenzi igcinwa ukuze kufinyelelwe emgqeni ophumelelayo.
• Ukuthuthukisa amaphulo okufinyelela osibedela se-Regional i-Region 1 ngokuhambisana ne-KZN Department of Health's Outreach Programme.
• Ukuthuthukisa ithuluzi lokuhlola ukuze kuhlolwe i-Outreach Programme yomnyango futhi kubikwe le koku-Academic Head of Department of Surgery kanye nenhloko ye-CEO.
