• Ukubhaliswa kwi-Health Professional Council of South Africa njengochwepheshe we-Specialist Physician ne-Sub-specialist Cardiologist.
• I-FP(SA) ne-Cert Cardio (SA) / M-Med okuyinto efana nayo nakho noma i-PhD nakho noma isimo esiqinisekisiwe nesibonakalayo sokuhlangenwe nakho kolwazocwaningo (5 noma ngaphezulu kwezinto ezishicilelwe kwamaphepha abuyekezwa ngabalingisi) nakho noma ubufakazi bokuhlakanipha kweziqu /abahola iziqu (3 noma ngaphezulu kwabafundi).
• Kumele kube nokuhlangenwe nakho okuncane kweminyaka eyisikhombisa (7) ngemuva kokubhaliswa kwi-HPCSA njengengcweti yezifo zentliziyo; lokhu kumele kubandakanye nokuhlangenwe nakho ekuphathweni kwezokwelapha njengenhlokana yeyunithi.
• Iziqu ezengeziwe: Ubufakazi bobuhle bokufundisa nokufunda.
• Ubufakazi bokuphathwa nezikhungo.
• Ukwazi ukusebenzisa ikhompyutha nedrayiva elikhiphiwe ngokusemthethweni.

Umsebenzi

• Ngaseceleni ezokwelapha, ababambe isikhundla bazophatha izinsiza zezokwelapha endaweni enwetshiwe esifundazweni, okukhuthaza ukunikezwa kwezinsiza zezokwelapha ze-Region 1 nakube ngaphezu kwamasikhombiso amakhulu.
• Ababambe isikhundla bazolinganise isikhathi namandla abo ngendlela efanele phakathi kwamasikhombiso amakhulu ukuthi bathuthuse inkundla yokufundisa/ukukhonza (i-Durban, i-Pietermaritzburg, i-Empangeni, i-Stanger ne-Port Shepstone).
• Ababambe isikhundla bazobe futhi esungula izinhlelo zolwazocwaningo, ezigxila ekwenzeni izinsiza zisize kangcono ngokuya esimweni sobunzima begula ngifo senhliziyo.
• Ababambe isikhundla kumele baqiniseke futhi ukuthi insiza yokwelapha kwi-Region 1 ihlelwe kahle futhi lokhu kuhambisana nenkundla yokufundisa ye-University of Kwa-Zulu Natal.
• Ngale ndlela, sizonyusa isidingo sokulingana ekunikezweni kwezinsiza, futhi size sikhuthaze ukuthuthukiswa kwenkundla yethu yokufundisa ehambahmabayi ngokuhamba kwezidingo ezibuya kuqamba kwe-National Development Plan.
• Ukubandakanyeka ezakhiweni ezithintekayo zokuphathwa komnyango we-Medicine, UKZN ehlelwa ngaphandle nesikhulu esikhulu somkhakha wezokwelapha.
• Nikale ekuhlelweni izinsiza zochwepheshe niguqula izinqubo namaphrotokholi ezokwelapha azokube nomthelela omuhle ezinhlamvini zezokwelapha, ukufinyelela ezinsizeni nokususela izinsiza kude; ukuhlola nokubuyekeza izenzakalo ezingezinhle kuqinisekise ukusetshenziswa kwezinhlelo zokuze izenzakalo; ukubuyekezwa kwabasha nokugula kwenziwe ngaphakathi kwesibhedlela nakwezinye izibhedlela ezindaweni ezijwayele ukukhonza; izindlela eziholo elifanele ezokwelapha.
• Yenza imfundo eyizinga eliphezulu nakho okuphathelene nokufundisa nokuhlola abafundi abangakafundela iziqu emkhakheni i-Cardiology.
• Hlela izinsiza nokufundisa nabanhloli wezikhungo ezisesikhundleni kumaspala amakhulu ahamba phambili esifundazweni.
• Qinisekisa ukuthi izinto ezikufanele zihambisana nokuqashwa komthetho we-Health and Safety Act, ngokuthi abasebenzi balandela izexwayo zokuvikela ukhuseleko futhi abasebenzi bagcineke ngokuhambisana nokutholakala ukuze kufinyelelwe kwizinga elihle lokubakhona komsebenzi.
• Sungula amaphrogramu okukhululeka kwabashushu kumasikhombiso amakhulu ahamba phambili esifundazweni ngokuhamba kwe-KZN Department of Health's Outreach Programme.
• Sungula ithuluzi lokubuyekeza i-Outreach Programme yomnyango ulule le kuye enkundleni yezokufundisa nenhloko yomnyango we-Paediatrics and Child Health.
