• Qapha ukusebenza kahle kokuqondisa imiprojekthi ngokusho kwezinhloso zenhlangano ngenkonzololo eqondile nengaqondile ukuze kufinyelelwe izinhloso zenhlangango.
• Nikeza inkxaso yokuphatha imiprojekthi.
