Izidingo

• Iziqu ezifanele ezinga le-NQF Level 7 njengoba zivunywe umnyango we-South African Qualification Authority (SAQA) okuncamelayo kwi-Public health kanye/noma izifundo ezihlobene nalokho.
• Uhambo lokusebenza iminyaka engu-5 ezingeni labaphathi abaphakathi / abaphezulu.
• Uhambo lokusebenza kwabezifundo zentando yabantu, kwezindaba eziphathelene ne-HIV, TB and STI.
• Uhambo lokusebenza oluhlobene nokusebenza nama-Non-Governmental Organisations (NGO’s) namuhlelo oxhaswa ngabaphi.

• Kulindeleke ukuthi abafaki izinto ngabanye bakhokhe umkhuba, futhi isikhathi somkhuba ngu-120 hours).
• Akukho muntu ofaka izinto ozoqokwa engenale satifiketi.

Umsebenzi

• Ukunikeza izinsizakalo ezingunozwela nengabalingisi ku Free State PCA.
• Ukuqondisa futhi kulawule ukuphatha i-Provincial Implementation Plan for HIV, TB &STIs ehlanganisiwe enzingeni lomnyango ohlangene.
• Ukuqondisa ukusungwa kwezinkundla zohlelo ezihlobene ne-HIV, TB and STI’s, bese ubuka futhi ulawule ukuphathwa kwezinqumo.
• Ukubuka futhi kuhlaziye impendulo yezingxenye eziningi ze-HIV, TB and STI’s esifundazweni.
• Ukubuka ulawulo oluhlangene labalingisi abaningi kufaka phakathi ukusakaza kwentando yabantu (okungukuthi umnyango kumnyango) kwemikhuba ye-HIV and TB futhi ukunikeza inkxaso ebuqameleni ku Free State Provincial AIDS Council nazo zonke izakhiwo zayo okungukuthi i-District & Local AIDS Councils.

The successful candidate will be required to enter into a Performance Agreement within 3 months after assumption of duty and will be required to disclose his/her financial interests in accordance with the prescribed regulations. All shortlisted candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to a technical exercise and interview. Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity. The competency assessment will be testing generic managerial competencies using the mandated DPSA SMS competency assessment tools. Applications must be submitted using the newly implemented Z83 form, obtainable from any Public Service Department or the DPSA website, under public service vacancy circulars and should be accompanied by a comprehensive CV only (with full particulars of the applicants’ training, qualifications, competencies, knowledge, duties & experience). All required information on the Z83 application form must be provided. Communication from the HR of the Department regarding the submission of certified copies of qualifications and other relevant documents will be limited to shortlisted candidates. All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments. One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment. It is the applicant’s responsibility to have foreign qualifications evaluated by the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA). Applications that do not comply with the above-mentioned requirements will not be considered. Shortlisted candidates will be subjected to personnel suitability checks/security clearance.
