• Ukuletha izinkonzo zokwesekwa kwe-Local Area Network kanye neDesktop: Ukudala ama-akhawunti womsebenzisi kwideskithophu nkelaphu (ibhokisi le-imeyili kanye newindows).
• Ukukhiya kabusha igama lokungena ngemvula usebenzisa i-Admin Pack.
• Ukulungiselela ideskithophu, abaphathi beshicilelo kanye nabaqondisi bemininingwane.
• Ukulungiselela izinhlelo zokusebenza ze-mainframe.
• Ukunikeza isekelo lokufuduka kwemininingwane ngesikhathi kusethwa ikhompyutha.
• Ukunikeza isekelo ngocingo.
• Ukuxazulula zonke izinkinga ezibikhiwe.
• Ukuthola kanye nokuhlaziya izinkinga zomsebenzisi ku-ICT bese kunikeza izixazululo.
• Ukunikeza isekelo ezinkingeni eziqashelwe ezingeni le-Level 8 kanye ne-Level 9/10 lapho izixazululo zokulungiselela sesivezwe kakade ku-ITIL.
