'n IT-Tegnikus word gesoek om LAN- en lessenaarondersteuningsdienste by die Limpopo-streekkantoor te lewer, met 'n vereiste van 'n Nasionale Diploma in IT en een tot twee jaar se relevante ervaring.

Vereistes

• 'n Erkende Nasionale Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Inligtingstegnologie of ekwivalente kwalifikasie.
• Ten minste een (1) tot (2) twee jaar se werkservaring in die IT-terrein as 'n IT-Tegnikus.
• Bedryfserkende sertifiserings soos MCSE/ MCITP, A+, N+ Security +, ITIL asook ander IT-bestuursraamwerke sal 'n bykomende voordeel wees.
• Goeie kommunikasie-, probleemoplossings-, IT-infrastruktuurondersteunings- en klantverhoudingsvaardighede.
• Netwerkadministrasie, IT-diensbestuur.
• Deeglike kennis van COBIT 5 Foundation, ITIL en ander IT-bestuursraamwerke.

Pligte

• Om Local Area Network- en lessenaarondersteuningsdienste te verskaf: Skep gebruikersrekeninge op lessenaar en skootrekenaar (posbus en windows).
• Ontsluit van wagwoord met behulp van Admin Pack.
• Opstel van lessenaar, drukkers en dataprojektors.
• Konfigureer hoofraamtoepassings.
• Verskaf ondersteuning van datamigrasie tydens rekenaaropstel.
• Verskaf telefoniese ondersteuning.
• Ontleed alle aangemelde probleme.
• Versamel en ontleed gebruikers se probleme in IT en verskaf oplossings.
• Verskaf ondersteuning vir geïdentifiseerde Level 8 en Level 9/10 probleme waar konfigurasie-oplossings reeds op die ITIL gedokumenteer is.
• IT-helpdeskdienste: Verskaf eerste vlak kontak en gee oplossings deur aan kliëntprobleme soos aangevra deur level 8/9.
• Voer enige ander verwante funksie uit soos aangevra deur die toesighouer. N.B.
• Alle gekorte lys kandidate sal vereis word om 'n relevante bevoegdheidsoefening te voltooi.
