Umsebenzi

• Nikela nokuqondiswa okuyinhloko, icebo nenselelo ngokwalokhu okulandelayo emikhakheni yemisebenzi: Sebenzisa ukwenziwa kokuhlaziya kwezinhlelo zokuqondisa ngokwazinga eliphezulu: Ukuqondisa okuvuka kumakhulu omkhakha, ulawulo nokukhuthaza ukuthuthukiswa kwezinhlelo zokuqondisa namacebo okusekelwe kubuqotho nasezintweni ezintsha, ukuhlela, ukuqashelisa nokubuyekeza.
• Sebenzisa ucwaningo nokuhlaziya kwendawo yezinhlelo zokuqondisa zasifundazwe bese ukhomba izindawo ezibalulekile zokungenelela kahulumeni wasifundazwe, okuhlanganisa n’amandla okubuka phambili.
• Hlaziya izinhlelo zokuqondisa, amacebo nomthetho kazwelonke nasasifundazwe, bese ulungisa izimpendulo zasifundazwe.
• Hlaziya intuthuko eziqhubekayo zezinhlelo zokuqondisa namacebo kazwelonke, bese umenyezela iKhabhinethi, Amakomidi Abahlukanisiwe kanye neminyango ngomthelela wawo esifundazweni.
• Sebenzisa ukuthuthukiswa kwezinhlelo zokuqondiza zasifundazwe ezivuka emakhakheni njengoba kudingeka (okuhlanganisa nokubonisana nabahlanganyeli njengoba kudingeka).
• Qinisekisa ukuthi umthetho, izinhlelo zokuqondisa namacebo e-WCG ahambisana neNhlelo Yokuhlakanipha Yasifundazwe namacebo okuhamba isikhathi eside.
• Sebenzisa ukubuyekewa kwesikhathi esithile kweNhlelo Yokuhlakanipha Yasifundazwe ngokuhambisana nezinhlama zokuqondisa ezibekiwe nokuqashelisa kwezimali.
• Qala bese uphatha ucwaningo lokumodela kwesikhathi esizayo okuvuka emakhulu omkhakha.
• Qinisekisa ukuthi umthetho, izinhlelo zokuqondisa namacebo e-WCG ahambisana futhi ahambisana nemigomo Yamalungelo Abantu kanye nezibopho zamalungelo abantu emazweni aphesheya, emthethosisekelo nasekazwelonke, izinhlelo zokuqondisa namacebo.
• Sekela abaphathi basifundazwe ngokwale nhlelo yokuthuthukiswa komphakathi yamalungelo abantu: Sebenzisa futhi uqondise ukuqoqa kweNhlelo Yokuhlakanipha Yasifundazwe yomKhakha Wezentuthuko Yabantu (HD) Wolwazi.
• Etsa izeluleko ngokubonisana neSikhwama Sezimali Sasifundazwe ngokubaluleka kwezimali zasifundazwe ngokwamaphuzu ahlakaniphile asifundazwe azele umKhakha Wezentuthuko Yabantu Wolwazi.
• Sebenzisa ukuqala kwemihlelo emisha kahulumene ehlangene kanye namaphrojekthi ekufezeni amaphuzu ahlukaniphile asifundazwe azele umKhakha Wezentuthuko Yabantu Wolwazi njengoba kudingeka.
• Etsa izeluleko ngokuqondiswa kweNhlelo Yokuhlakanipha YomKhakha Wezentuthuko Yabantu kanye nezinhlelo zokuqondisa zeminyango, kanye namacebo entuthuko ahlangene, ngokwamaphuzu ahlakaniphile asifundazwe.
• Hlola njalo inqubo yokufeza imihlelo yasifundazwe yomKhakha Wezentuthuko Yabantu, amaphrojekthi namacebo, bese etsa izeluleko ngokuqondisa kwesithiyo.
• Etsa izeluleko kuNdunankulu, Khabhinethi kanye neminyango ngokwehluka kokusebenza, bese uncoma izinyatholo zokulungisa azele umKhakha Wezentuthuko Yabantu.
• Qondisa ukusekela iNdunankulu ne-DG ekubameni kwabo ngokwemikhakha yohulumene ohlangene namafulemu azele umKhakha Wezentuthuko Yabantu Wolwazi.
• Sekela abaphathi basifundazwe ngokwale nhlelo yezomnotho yasifundazwe: Sebenzisa futhi uqondise ukuqoqa kweNhlelo Yokuhlakanipha Yasifundazwe yomKhakha Wezomnotho.
• Etsa izeluleko ngokubonisana neSikhwama Sezimali Sasifundazwe ngokubaluleka kwezimali zasifundazwe ngokwamaphuzu ahlakaniphile asifundazwe azele umKhakha Wezomnotho.
• Sebenzisa ukuqala kwemihlelo emisha kahulumene ehlangene kanye namaphrojekthi ekufezeni amaphuzu ahlukaniphile asifundazwe azele umKhakha Wezomnotho njengoba kudingeka.
