Umsebenzi

• Ukuphathwa kwezimo zokwelapha ku-urology ukuze kuqinisekiswe ukuthi kunikho konke izinkonzo ezikwazile kubo bonke abagulayo.
• Ukwazisa, ukwazisa nokweluleka abagulayo lapho kufanelekile nabanabangane ngesithombe sokuvikela, ukwelapha, ukwenza izindlela, izinkinga nokubuyisela isimo.
• Ukuzamazama ukuba nobuchwepheshe ekwenzeni izindlela zokuphilisa futhi ukwelapha abagule kakhulu ukuze kuqinisekiswe ukuphila kwabagule be-sintu.
• Ukubhala imithi, uku-oda futhi ukuhlaziya izivivinyo zokuxwaya, futhi usize kulezo zindlela zokwelapha nezokuhlinza.
• Ukulawula abasebenzi abasesigabeni esiphansi ukuze kunikwe ukunakekelwa okwanele kokwelapha futhi bafundiswe ukwenza izinto ezibalulekile zokwelapha.
• Ukunciphisa izinkohliso zokwelapha ngokusebenzisa izindlela ezinhle zokwelapha, ukuqedela imibhalo yezomthetho yokwelapha, futhi zigcinwe imibhalo yokwelapha enechemile.

One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other will be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment.
