Umsebenzi

• Ukukhathalela abaguli nokusebenza ngengcala: Ukuphatha zonke izimo zezokwelapha ukuze kuqinisekiswe ukuthi kunikezwa insiza enobuchophobomvu kubo bonke abaguli.
• Ukufaka ulwazi, ukuyitshela nokunika iseluleko abaguli nalapho kufanele khona abamelwe bayo mayelana nokuvikela, ukwelapha, ukwelashwa ngokuthunjwa kwezinyanga, izinkinga nokubuyisela isimo.
• Ukuzama ukufundisa ngemikhakha yokubuyisa isimo nokukhathalela abaguli abushiselwe isibhedlela abakhathazekile ukuze kuqinisekiswe ukuphila kwabo.
• Ukuyala imithi, ukuyala nokuhlaziya izivivinyo zokwelapha, kanye nukusiza kumasevisi ezokwelapha nasemishweni.
• Ukubeka iqhwa elisha: Ukubeka abasebenzi abasha phansi kwakho ukuze kunikezwe ukukhathalela okuhle kakhulu kwezokwelapha ukuze bafundiswe ukuba bakwazi ukwenza izindaba ezibalulekile zezokwelapha.
• Ukwakheka kwemibhalo: Ukunciphisa izinkantolo zezokwelapha ngokusebenzisa isiko elihle lwezokwelapha, ukuqedela imibhalo yezomthetho, nokugcina imibhalo yezokwelapha ehle kakhulu.
