Imiqobo

• Ukhathalo lwabaguli namasebe okwelapha: Ukulawula zonke iimeko zokwelapha ukuze kuqinisekiswe ukuba kufikelelwa kwinkonzo elungileyo kuwo onke abaguli.
• Ukwazisa, ukuchenulisela nokuhlomla abaguli kwaye apho kufanelekileyo abazali ngokuthintela, ukwelapha ukhetho, iingxaki zangaphakathi nokuvingcuswa.
• Ukuzama ukufumana amakhono kwimizila yokuvusa omlayo nokwelapha abaguli abagula kakhulu ukuze kuqinisekiswe ukuphila kwabo.

One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other will be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment.
