• Ukusiza futhi sekusekele ekuthuthukisweni nasekugcineni izakhiwo zokusebenza, iphrofayela yomsebenzi kanye nezakhiwo zokufunda ze-PFM, internal audit kanye ne-risk management.
• Ukusekelela inqubo yokubonisana ekuthuthukisweni amasu nezakhiwo phakathi kwabahlotshanisi abafanele.

• Ukusekelela futhi ukuthatha inxaxheba emihlanganweni phakathi kwe-DPSA, National School of Government, SETA's, Higher Education Institutions, abanikezeli bokufundisa bangesitsha namakhulu afanele mayelana nokufundisa i-PFM, internal audit kanye ne-risk management.
• Ukuphathwa kwamaphrojekthi axhaswa ngemali yabanikazi bezimali: Ukusekelela ekuphatweni amaphrojekthi okwakha amandla axhaswa ngabashibhili bomphakathi kanye nabadabuka bendawo ngokusho izivumelwano zezimali.
• Ukwenza kuqonde inqubo yokuthenga nokubeka abanikazi bezenzo ze-PFM ngenhutho yokwakha amandla ngokusho izinqubo nabaluleki ebezwayo be-Supply Chain Management.
