Onxantsumi wokuphathwa kwezinsiza zokulethwa nempahla ehhovini likamqondo le Ingwe TVET College, odinga idiploma nokuqashwa kwabantu ngomphathi kwindlela yokuphathwa kwezinto ezithunyelwa emzamweni wokuqasha.

Izidingo

• Umphathi kufanele abe ne-Senior Certificate / Grade 12/ NCV Certificate (Level 4) ehambisana nalokhu.
• Abafaki izicelo kufanele babe ne-National Diploma (NQF Level 6)/ Degree evunyiwe yi-SAQA kwindlela yokuphathwa kwezinsiza zokulethwa, ukuphathwa kwezidingo noma indawo efanayo.
• Kudingeka abe namava eminyaka emithathu (3) kuya kwemihlanu (5) ezingeni lomphathi ohola kwizinga 7 noma 8 ekuqashweni kwemisebenzi, ikakhulu kumasinga amathuba amakhulu okungenisa izinkambu kanye nokuphathwa kwezidingo.
• Umuntu oqashwayo kufunke azi kahle i-Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), i-Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA), imithetho ye-Treasury Regulations, i-Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) Act, kanye nezindinganiso zokuqashwa kwemisebenzi.
• Kubalulekile ukuba aqonde ngokugcwele isikhathi esihamba ngokuphathwa kwezinsiza zokulethwa, okuhlanganisa ukuhlelwa kwemfuno, ukufinyelela imali etholakalayo, izidingo, ukuphathwa kwempahla, kanye nokuqashwa kwabathengisi, kanti futhi alwazi ngendlela yokuphathwa kwempahla nemithelela ye-National Treasury.
• Umuntu oqashwayo kufanele abe nobuhlakani obuhle bokubhala, ukuhlela, nokuhlelela imisebenzi, kanye nobuhlakani ekuphathweni kwemali, ukubhala imibiko, nasekuqashweni kwemigqa yomsebenzi.
• Ukugxeka ngokucabanga, ukusombulula izinkinga, kanye nokuqasha nokuqondana ngokuphathwa okuhle kubalule kakhulu.
• Kulindelekile ukuba azi kahle izinhlelo zokusebenzisa ikhompyutha, ukuletha izidingo ngokwegxalo labathengi, ukukhonza abantu, kanye nokuphathwa kwabanini bomsebenzi kanye nabantu abangaphansi kwabo.
• Izici ezibalulekile kulesi sikhundla zihlanganisa ukuba nomfanekiso omuhle wokuzethemba, ukusebenza ngobungcweti, ulwazi lwemfundi, kanye nokuzibophezela ekuletheni izinto ezingcono kubathengi.

Umsebenzi

• Umphathi ophumelelayo uzobhekene nokuhlela, ukuphatha, ukubuka kabusha, futhi alolule imithetho yokuphathwa kwezinsiza zokulethwa ngokuvumelana nemithetho nemithelela ekhona.
• Lokhu kuhlanganisa ukuqinisekisa ukuphathwa kwemali ezingeni eliphezulu, ukuthenga, ukulawula izinkomba zemali, kanye nemibiko, kanti futhi kwakhiwa ngokwazi ngale mithetho kulo lonke iKolishi.
• Umphathi uzobheka ukuthenga impahla kanye nemisebenzi, aqinisekise ukulandelwa kwemithetho yokuphathwa kwezinsiza, ukuvuma ngokushesha izinhlelo zokusebenza, ukuhambisana izinkomba zokuthenga nomgogodla weKolishi, futhi aqophe ngokufanele konke ukusebenza kokuthenga.
• Lomsebenzi futhi uhlanganisa ukuphathwa kokwemfuno nethuba lokutholakala, ukuqasha izinkomba zokuthengisa imisebenzi, ukusekela amakomidi we-bid specification, evaluation, and adjudication, kanye nokuqinisekisa ukuthi ukuthenga kuhambisana nemithelela yokuthengisa okukhethiwe.
• Umphathi uzobe nephakade ekuphathweni kwempahla yeKolishi ngokugcina inkomba yempahla eqinisekisiwe nelayisiwe, nasekuqinisekiseni ukubholidwa kwempahla, ukuqinisekisa isikhathi semali, futhi akhohlise ukuphathwa kokuqothulwa kwempahla ngokuhambisana nemithetho.
• Ngaphezu kwalokho, umphathi uzobheka ukuthuthukiswa kanye nokugcinwa kwegqazi eliphephile futhi elifanele labathengisi, okubheka ukuthi abathengisi bayayilandela imithetho, kanye nokuqinisekisa ukuthi amarekhodi agcinwe kahle.
• Lomsebenzi futhi uhlanganisa ukuphathwa nokubhekana nabantu abangaphansi kwalomnyango, ukuqinisekisa ukuthi kunezinkomba zomsebenzi ezibekiwe, nokusekela ukuthuthukiswa kwabantu ngokuvumelana nezinhlelo zokuphathwa komsebenzi kusikhungo.

All applications must be submitted on the new approved Z83 Application Form (dated 1 January 2021) obtainable from the DPSA Website or any Public Service Department website. The new Z83 Application Form must be fully completed and duly signed. The Z83 Application Form must be accompanied by a detailed, recently updated, comprehensive CV with three (3) contactable references (provide their contact number and email addresses). Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted to submit the required certified documents. Incomplete applications or applications received after the closing date will not be considered. A complete set of application documents should be submitted separately for every post you wish to apply for. Applicants with foreign qualifications would be required to submit an evaluation certificate from the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) on or before the day of the PUBLIC interview.
