Imfuneko

• Kufuneka umntu ofaneleyo abe ne-Senior Certificate / Grade 12/ NCV Certificate (Level 4).
• Kufuneka abafaki bele benazo i-National Diploma (NQF Level 6)/ Degree ezaziwayo yi-SAQA kwi-Supply Chain Management, i-Logistics Management okanye kwicala elinxulumene nalo.
• Kufuneka abe namava eminyaka elithoba (3) ukuya kwelihlanu (5) kumgca wolawuli kwinqanaba lomvuzo 7 okanye 8 kwi-Supply Chain Management, ngokukodwa kwiinkqubo zithengiso nokulawulwa kwe-logistics.
• Kufuneka umgqatswa abe nolwazi oluqinileyo nge-Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), i-Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA), i-Treasury Regulations, i-Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) Act, kunye ne-Supply Chain Management Framework.
• Kuyimfuneko kuqonde kakuhle umjikelo wonke wolawulo lwoqoqosho lwamacebo, kuquka uqhelaniso lwemfuno, ukufumana izinto, i-logistics, ukuyahlulela iimpahla, kunye nokulawulwa kobudlelwane nabahanjisi things, kunye nolwazi malunga nokulawulwa kweempahla kunye neengcebiso ze-National Treasury.
• Umgqatswa oqileleyo kufuneka abonise amakhono aphambili okulawula, uqhelaniso, kunye nokuhlelwa kweenkqubo, kunye nobuchule ekulawulweni zemali, ekubhalweni kweengxelo, nakwindibano yamaprojekthi.
• Ukucinga okuqinisekileyo, amandla okusombulula iingxaki, kunye namakhono amakhulu othungelwano nabantu babalule kakhulu.
• Kulindelekile ukuba bagqone ekusebenziseni izicelo zekhompyutha ezifanelekileyo, ukubonelela ngenkonzo ejqikelela umnxuni, ukuba ngabakhokeli, kwaye balawule iqela nabantu ngokuchanekileyo.

• Ukongezelela, umntu ofaneleyo uya kujonga ukuphuhliswa nokugcinwa koludwe olukhuselekileyo nolusasayiyo lwabanikazi, alawule ukuzinikela kwabanikazi kumigaqo-sisiseko, aze aqinisekise ukuba amagatya agcinwe ngokufanelekileyo.
• Esi sithuba siquka nokuqwalasela kunye nokuqgibha igqiba ekulawulweni abasebenzi ngaphakathi kwecandelo, aqinisekise isivumelwano ngokusebenza kwabo sisezantsi, anxaxele inkqubo ekuphuhlisweni kwabo ngokulandela iinkqubo zolawulo-msebenzi.

All applications must be submitted on the new approved Z83 Application Form (dated 1 January 2021) obtainable from the DPSA Website or any Public Service Department website. The new Z83 Application Form must be fully completed and duly signed. The Z83 Application Form must be accompanied by a detailed, recently updated, comprehensive CV with three (3) contactable references (provide their contact number and email addresses). Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted to submit the required certified documents. Incomplete applications or applications received after the closing date will not be considered. A complete set of application documents should be submitted separately for every post you wish to apply for. Applicants with foreign qualifications would be required to submit an evaluation certificate from the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) on or before the day of the PUBLIC interview.
