Izidingo

• Isitifiketi seGrade 12 (NQF Level 4) kanye nesidanga se-NQF Level 6 kwezemfundo ezibhekene nezEzulwini noma enzuzweni efanana, esamukelwe yi-South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
• Uhubangu ohlangeneyo eminyakeni eyisithupha (3) ukusebenza kwezemfundo eziphathelene nezempilo, okuhlanganisa imininingwano kanye nokusebenza ekuphothulweni kwenkomba ye-Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI).
• Imininingwano yemithetho yezempilo yezingane, ukulawula kwezimali ngokuqondile, ukuthuthukiswa kwezinqamuleli zabantu, kanye nemithetho kanye nenkambiso ezimpilweni ezibalulekile.
• Imininingwano kanye nokusebenza kwezindlela zokuqeqesha i-IMCI, okuhlanganisa i-IMCI kwi-inthanethi kanye noma ikude (i-DIMCI), iziphiwo eziqinisekisiwe ekukhuthazeni kanye nokuhlanganisa imininingwane.

Umsebenzi

• Emuncwe ekuthuthukisweni, ukubuyekeleni nokuphothula izinqamuleli, izuha, iziqondiso, amaphrothokholi, amanani kanye namazinga ezempilo yezingane ukuze kuqiniswe izinsiza ezimpilweni zezingane;
• Kubhekise kubambiswana nabathintekayo, amaqembu okusebenza ngokobuchwepheshe kanye nezinhlangano ezingaphakathi kwemikhakha ukuze kuthuthukiswe izinqamuleli, ukuhlelwa kohlaka kanye nokuqaliswa kwenzuzo yezempilo yezingane.
• Nikeza usizo ngokobuchwepheshe futhi ulawule izifundazwe ekuphothulweni, okuhloliweyo nokwenzeni ngamandla i-IMCI. kanye nezinye izinhlela ezimpilweni yezingane.
• Holisa izinhlela zokukhuthaza ukubuyekela, ukusabalalisa, ukusetshenziswa nokuthuthukisa izinga le-RTHB.
• Holisa ukuthuthukiswa nokusabalalisa kweminye yezempilo, imfundo yemininingwano kanye nokuqwashisa (I-IEC), okuhlanganisa ukuklama, ukukhiqiza nokusabalalisa izinsiza zokukhuthaza izempilo zezingane.
• Sebenzisana nabalingani abangaphakathi nasaphesheya kwezilwandle, okuhlanganisa izinhlangano ezingabalulekwa kwezempilo yezingane kanye Nokuqaliswa kwekhaya lasebuntshatalweni (I-ECD), futhi uhlelise nabahleli abahlobene nabathintekayo ukukhuthaza indlela ehlanganisiwe yokunika insiza yezempilo yezingane.
• Hlola futhi uhlolisise imiqondo yezinhlela ezimpilweni yezingane, okuhlanganisa ukulandelwa kwezinkomba ezibalulekile njengokushona kwabangaphansi kweminyaka emihlanu, isilinganiso sokufa kwegciwane lesu, kanye nesilinganiso sokufa kwegciwane lesifubesi, futhi useke izinhlela zokuthuthukiswa kwezinga.
• Qaphula, hlola futhi unciphise izengozi zezinhlela, phendula okutholakele kuhlolo kanye nemibuzo, futhi useke ukuphathwa kwayo, ukubaluleka kanye nezinye izinto ezibhekene nezengozi ngaphakathi kohlelo lwezempilo yezingane.

All shortlisted candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to a technical exercise and interview. Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity. All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments. One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements, and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment. Following the interview and technical exercise for SMS posts, the selection panel will recommend candidates to attend a generic managerial competency assessment (in compliance with the DPSA Directive on the implementation of competency-based assessments). The competency assessment will be testing generic managerial competencies using the mandated DPSA SMS competency assessment batteries. Applications should be submitted on the new Z83 form obtainable from any Public Service department and should be accompanied by a CV only (previous experience must be comprehensively detailed). The Z83 must be fully completed (in line with DPSA Practice note), failure to comply will automatically disqualify the applicant. Applicants are not required to submit copies of qualification and other relevant documents on application. Certified copies of qualifications and other relevant documents will be requested prior to the final selection phase. Applications should be on one PDF format (If emailed).
