Izidingo

• Ulwazi ngemithetho yezempilo kanye nesevisi yomphakathi yamanje, imithethonqubo nemigomo ehlanganisa izimilo zokwelapha, amathuba ezifo kanye nezibalo.
• Amakhono okuxhumana kahle, ukubusa, ukuthatha izinqumo kanye nokuhlola iziguli.

Umsebenzi

• Ukuhlela nokusebenzisa izinsizakalo ze-Orthopaedic (Iziguli ezingaphandle, ezingaphakathi kanye nemibhalo yokuhlola enza imihlangano yokudlulisela ulwazi).
• Ukuthatha inxaxheke/nikela ngesikhathi esingemva kwesikhathi esivunyelwe.
• Ukuhlela ukubaluleka kokumisa ulwazi ngezinsizakalo ze-Orthopaedic kumasifundaze i-Amajuba District nezindawo ezisondela kuso.
• Ukwesekwa ukuxhumana nokuphathwa kwezikhungo ezibhedlela emasifundaze nasendaweni eziseduze kakhulu ukuthuthukisa inani lokunakekelwa.
• Ukuxhasa ukugcotshwa kanye nokuthuthukiswa kwabasebenzi.
• Ukuthatha inxaxheke /ukuxhasa uhlelo lokuhlolwa kwemibhalo kumabhedi neziguli ezigcina amaphasi ezigigaba ze-Orthopaedic.
• Ukuxhumana nomongameli wesikhundla esingenisa izinsizakalo ezibalulekile mayelana nenqubo yokuhlela.
• Ukuthuthukisa uhlelo lokuqeqesha izinsizakalo zokuqeqesha izinsizakalo ze-Orthopaedic.
• Ukuthuthukisa imigomo kanye nemiyalelo ezosiza ekunikelweni kwezinsizakalo.
• Ukuthatha inxaxheke emibhalweni yokulungiselelwa imisebenzi yokuqashwa nokuhlolwa okuphathwa ngaphansi kwezigigaba ze-Orthopaedic.
• Ukwenza futhi uxhase ucwaningo lwezokwaziswa ngezinsizakalo ze-Orthopaedic.
• Ukusetshenziswa okusiza ngemali kwezinsizakalo ezingavamilwa.
• Ukuthatha inxaxheke emzamweni wezinsizakulo ezingaphezulu mayelana nemigomo nezinqumo.
• Ukusebenzela imisebenzi ezengeziwe njengoba kudingwa isibhedlela.
• Ukulawula imigomo yesevisi yokuqedela izinsizakalo ze-General Surgery.
