Isikhundla sokuphatha izihlahla n amahlathi ohulumende kuwo wonke amayunithi ahlotshaniswa nezihlahla e Limpopo nase Mpumalanga, sifuna iziqu ze Forestry kanye neminyaka emihlanu yemisebenzi yokuphatha.

Izidingo

  • Iziqu ze-undergraduate kwi Forestry noma ukuphathwa kwemithombo yemvelo (NQF 7) noma iziqu ezihlotshaniswa nale ndawo ezinkomokhwe yi SAQA.
  • Okungenani iminyaka emihlanu (5) yemisebenzi kwi Commercial Forestry noma indawo ehlotshaniswa naleyo ezingeni eliphakathi / eliphezulu lokuphatha kuleyo ndawo.
  • Ukuqedwa okupumelelayo kwe Senior Management Pre-entry Programme njengoba kugunyazwe i National School of Government (NSG) kufanele kuhlolwe ngaphambi kokuba kumiwe.
  • Ngaphezu kwalokho, bonke abagqokiwe ababhaliswe ohlwini, kubhalwe ne SMS, bazokwenza ukuvivinywa okubili ngaphambi kokuqala.

  • Ulwazi nokuqonda kwezinto ezibalulekile kahulumende njengoku: i National Development Plan 2030, i Commercial Forestry Sector Master Plan, i Accelerated and shared growth Initiative South Africa.
  • Ulwazi nokuqonda kwezidingo ze Silviculture ne Harvesting ngokuphathwa okomi kweso empilweni kwempahla ephilayo.
  • Amakhono: Ukuphathwa kwe Programmes kanye nezinhlelo kanye ne Project Management, i Financial Management, i Change Management, i Knowledge Management nokuPeople Management and Empowerment.
  • Ukukwazi ukuxoxisana ezimeni ezinzima kanye nokulungisa izinkinga.

Umsebenzi

  • Ukuphatha izihlahla zikahulumende nokusebenzisa isu sonyaka semisebenzi yezihlahla.
  • Ukuphatha i State Forests, abasebenzi kanye nempahla ehlotshaniswa nayo.
  • Ukuthuthukisa nokusebenzisa izinhlelo zokuPhatha i Fire Management, Qinisekisa ukusetshenziswa kokuphathwa kwezihlahla eziyisisekelo ngokuvumelana ne National Forest Act ne National Veld and Forest Fire Act.
  • Ukukhipha izinsizi ngaphambili ezingabangela ubungozi bokuhlola, ukuthuthukisa nokusebenzisa izinyathelo zokuhlola.
  • Ukuxhumana nabalingani.
  • Ukunika inkxaso emva kokuxazululwa kwezinto kanye nokusekela ukuphathwa kwe State Forest Land kanye nezinhlelo zokusuka kwe State Forest Land transfer.

Furthermore, Shortlisted candidates must provide proof of successful completion of the course. All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments. One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment. All shortlisted candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to a technical exercise and interview. Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity. Persons appointed will be subjected to a security clearance, the signing of performance agreement and employment contract. The Department reserves the right not to make an appointment.
