• Qapha futhi uqondanise ukumelana nomango okuzwelayo kuwo wonke amahhovisi e-State Attorney bese usungula izindlela zokumelana nomango ezisabalela ezweni lonke, izakhiwo zokuphathwa kwezindaba, imigomo namazinga ukuze kuqiniseke ukumelana nomango okungaguquki futhi okusebenza kahle kwezwe.
• Qapha ukuphathwa kwezikweletu ezingase zenzekale kanye nezingozizezimali ngokusho kwe-State Liability Act ngokusebenzisa izinhlelo zokulawula ingozi yomango, izinyathelo zokulawula ukuchithwa kwemali, kanye nezindlela zokunciphisa izindleko zokumelana nomango.
